What did you do today in any other game out there

Ghost Recon Wildlands

More fun and unique circumstances. Fun in La Cruz for a bit then off to Media Luna.

Wifey wanted to go after the extended 'large' magazine for the AR...or more specifically for the AK. But on the way we basically went out and did a couple of convoy interdictions. Though the annoying bit the second one was destroyed so didn't get full resources but the first one was certainly good to go...and it was weird we also had two trucks in one convoy while one of them wasn't even in the convoy but it was the exact truck. But the fun part though was going around and doing this wifey was up in the helo and she had the rockets so was able to actually participate and give me air support. Kind of neat seeing the rockets fly since just for a second you got that 'explosive warning' thing flash on screen and wash them fly in. Also kind of fun trying to dodge them as for the first truck I was going in to get the tag on the truck which gave us the resources but it was kind of a 'danger close' type situation.

Off to Media Luna and the one area in the game where, if I know the story, it had a part of the cartel pre game, like for a demo or something, and then they re added it for the mission. But Media Luna is also mainly known as the zone you get the mainline ACR. Which the Ghost ACR is still the ACR descent set up but A. no customization and B. I just don't really like the whole skull motif that a lot of these games, at least on the entertanment side, go for. So baseline ACR. But it was at a Unidad base and said base had a lot of unique gameplay. Ugh trying to...yeah it was me this time. This is important but I did get caught and started a pretty big firefight with Unidad. And well we did it I think on the back of the base which I never did but eventually, esentially, ended up in a river and so I did something that I have rarely done. Started the 'stealth swim' to get to the base, swept in to get the ACR, and then got away the same way. Also the first time we used the heal drone as well which helped us get away.

Next up the final story mission on the night, and the first one, went to go interrogate a Unidad Captain. The annoying part kind of did it to myself because I remember that I mentioned to wifey that its been awhile since I sniped anything from a good range so wanted to do it. Regular guy out in the middle of nowhere on top of a building only 200 meters away give or take...and I missed. Bullet drop. Where pretty sure others have hit like that before which is hyper annoying when that happens. Got us into a firefight because of course it did. Eventually the Unidad officer decided to bolt for it but his egress point took him right to me literally so killed his escorts and then interrogated him. Things got very interesting when wifey died and they came for me, was taking fire in the middle of the interogation but was able to get it off to complete the mission. From there was able to heal wifey, and then eventually I think...yeah pretty sure she got a helicopter and then picked us both up as we made an egress.
