A lot of people seem to equate age with maturity...this is true in some cases but in others, it's just another stereotype to avoid. 

If they made Asari look 1000 theyd say the same things. But they're seen to get more attractive as they age so its a non issue.

What's wrong with looking 43? I'm 46 and I look 106. I've gotten Senior discounts at Dunkin Donuts and now the movie theater without asking.

Honestly I didn't notice.

Saying 43 is too old to be a LI just makes me feel old.

Besides which, and forty-something who looks as good as Cora either has REALLY good genes or bathes in the blood of virgins.

Cassandra in DAI was supposed to be pushing 40 and looked about right for that age (and still pretty hot, I might add)

Cora's fine as it is; she may not look like that teeny jrpg female protagonist but she's still (digitally) pretty.

PS: If the 40's range really is a deal breaker, can you guys look at me straight in the eye and tell me that Kate Beckinsale and Rhona Mitra don't qualify as hot?

PSS: I've seen a teenage girl get mad at her teenage boyfriend for gawking at Marisa Tomei in that Civil War movie.

I'd like to know what place has women that look like Cora at 43 cause I need to go there.

I've known women in their 40s who looked half their age and women in their late 20s who looked twice their age. Men too for that matter. It's all about the combination of genes and sun exposure.

And either way, given the story you can always say that the 600 years cryosleep made people look older (or younger) if you needed some story reason.

If a place has women that look like that when they're 43 then just imagine what their hunnies that are in their prime at 23 look like. 

I can't find any before/after pics on google, but combat does tend to age you pretty quick. I met a 26 year old who had arthritis in half of his body. A Sports car that sits in the garage isn't going to age as fast as a car that is used in a 1 hour commute every day.
