If Ryder isn't the main protagonist of future games...

Hey!  So there is a lot of speculation about whether or not we'll be in the footsteps of Ryder again in future installments.  At first, I thought it wouldn't really make sense -not- to, but then I started to think ... it would actually be pretty cool to experience the andromeda galaxy from someone else's perspective that isn't a pathfinder.  hear me out.

Imagine if we played as someone who is maybe not equally as capable as Ryder, but capable enough, and they are able to craft a compelling enough story on a small scale for us to further explore species/relationships in a more intimate way (a la ME2) ... and while you do this, you may encounter Ryder out in the field.  Or randomly return to the nexus and see the Tempest docked.  It would make you think, "I wonder what Ryder is doing here?  Something important?"  Tann's office might be closed off while they have a meeting.  Maybe he'll be walking around with his scanner out trying to find whats causing power outages.  Or him and his team are planetside under one of those randomly placed umbrellas in the field on Eos taking a break.  I dunno.. to me, I think with us playing and becoming inspiration for the Nexus through the events of ME:A, it would be cool to experience it from the perspective of someone who looks up to Ryder/wants to impress/be a part of the team for at least one game.  We know what it's like to be a pathfinder and I would say the people of the nexus look at them the same way people looked at Shepard in a way... it would be a nice way for us to fall in love with our own legend, if Ryder is dangled in front of us throughout the game and not having access to him/her all the time.

In my opinion, though, they would have had to introduce a character in some way that's familiar who has interacted with Ryder at some point.  Someone who we know would be able to get things done.  Someone like Kandros, maybe, if he didn't just stand in his office all day.  I can't think of any candidates, so I would say that requirement isn't fulfilled to be able to do a game like that.  It wouldn't be wise to introduce a new badass character out of nowhere, imo.  What do you think?
