Maker's Breath.... (Official Cullen Rutherford discussion)

See my curiosity on that celibacy thing would've had me asking because I the player have been mooning over Cullen since DA:O, and my Herald of Andrasti is already besmitten by him.

The first meeting with him, he gave her that suspicious side eye, fine, but he caught her attention when she watched him assist an injured man and get him to help. THAT was impressive in her eye, because he was the commander and could've assigned someone to do it, but his concern for his people superceeded his high ranking position.

Then he again caught my IQ's interest during our first war table meeting, he was so down to business, so single minded and yet he was so polite and respectful...it was cute. Then he breaks up the fight between the mage and the brother and his nose crinkled...*squee*...and his overseeing the training of the troops and his barely concealed excitment over the idea of the Inquisition actually doing something about the present situation...my inquisitor is already head over heels but she has limited knowledge of the Templar Order and what rules they follow.

He invited her to ask questions about the Order and he may or may not have had an idea that that part of the Order could be a public curiosity, but I think he was just by the resigned, matter of fact way he answered the question, so why not get the information she is REALLY interested in. Not to mention it could give her a better idea of how his working situation is with Leliana, Josie and Cassandra.

My HoA is walking into a situation where she knows no one, they seem to be decent enough people, but they have been discredited by the Cantry, it's in her best interest to learn as much as she can, it's a perfectly legitimate question to find out how much of his life he dedicated to the Order, is there a possibility that there could be future romantic conflicts between him and one, two or all of the inner circle and could a possible conflict create issues within the Inquisition.

His completely adorable response was very reassuring though, it was obvious the concept of a romantic encounter was foreign to him. He didn't come across as some lecher with his own personal harem.

I don't want to spoil too much, but there's a point your Inquisitor will need a very big comforting hug, and Cullen will provide it. Can't miss it.

As jdbuzz answered, Tamaki(the blonde guy) is depressed so is "making a home for a hamster". I used it because I too am depressed and am metaphorically ripping up the plans and hopes I had.

I'm sorry Well, all I can really say is I hope everyone (providing it makes sense for the characters) gets the option in the next games. It is more likely in a new base game than it was in DLC, I think, and people will expect it. To be honest, I doubt Bioware will write another romance I'll like enough to do either way, so, eh. If that's the case, I can help you in your noble effort to provide homes to hamsters in need

I am thinking about starting a romance with Solas and then breaking up with him and romancing Cullen. Is this Possible? Can I flirt with both and then commit to One?

I have just started the game so I am OK. I was hoping to break Solas's heart and then find my one true love... Cully Wully. I did read somewhere that you cant romance Cullen if you flirt with anyone else so didnt want to start anything until I knew the score.

You know I originally intended to woo Dorian and I did until his companion quest, but then Cullen was being all troubled, cute, tormented and dashing that I ended up installing the bi-cullen mod. My boo needs his inquisitor. I can't resist him.
