Can the double damage ammo glitch/exploit get you banned?

Abuse of a glitch = banning

Mistake of a glitch = you're fine

Abuse of coperation was also a issue

I am guilty of sometimes using Firebase Hydra and just spawn porting myself to the extraction cause I was distracting the forces of foes I only did it like 10 times though. Wanted to see how many chars I could get up there... Or what other off border map stuff.

Missile Glitch I only performed 2 times...once when came out and 2nd time when they "Patched it" (they didn't)

In this case I say don't even "try" it with consent that's the key words consent of cheating and overuse notability. More you do it the more the data repeats that you're abusing it. And data share is only partially telling the truth. It still sends "data" to them but different kinds. I leave data share on so my bugs goto BW anyways hoping they get good compiled data to fix the issues.

So I intentionally break the game if I can. for repeated results.

Bug 1 Cyclone can "lock up" and never be able to fire.
Bug 2 Sometimes the foes goto T pose broken.
Bug 3 Still occurring Teleporting Fiends.
Bug 4 Sound break glitch (varies per person)

Nah. Consistently abusing this glitch would require spending a considerable part of your ill-gotten gains on consumables, because otherwise this practice isn't sustainable. Farming FBZOG is already time-efficient enough and it can be done using no consumables, and exploiting the glitch doesn't cut your time by half, unlike missile glitching.

Folks keep forgetting the incendiary ammo glitch that more than doubled DoT damage by doing some silly math with the multipliers. Repeat: you could take out platinum bosses in one clip with a lolreegar using the glitch. No one gave a fuck. The double consumable thing doesn't even come close to that.

They won't ban anyone. They'll just patch it.

Technically they could but they won't. It's very wide spread and honestly I think multiplayer is suffering right now. I don't have official numbers but my FL is composed mostly of die hard ME fans and more and more seem to be turning away from mp.

I guess the real question is: how pathetic are you that you need double damage to complete gold?

Every time I equip consumables I get disconnected and booted to desktop.

There is nothing wrong with trying to make the game easier.

In fact, that`s what 99% players are doing by leveling up, buying packs and using consumables. 

It's easier for me to kick you in the groin when playing basketball. That doesn't mean it is intened, fair, or allowed. Have gamers really lost all common sense? Do you glitch the SP for unlimited credits and experience and then tell yourself how good you are at the game?

Sure the game has major balance issues and the grind is way too long at launch, but if you really don't like playing the game then why even bother to cheat, just go play something you enjoy instead? And if you do enjoy playing the game then why resort to such pathetic tactics?

You are getting way too personal and focusing way too much on me.

Just remember that people will do anything if it makes the game easier most of the time.

If developer doesn`t want that they need to make clear stand about it or prevent it from happening.

BW has done none so far, so people will do it. simple as that, it has nothing to do with whether I enjoy it or not.

It also has nothing to do with whether they are good enough to play gold or not.

I glitched xp in sp so I won't have to play that crap a 2nd time for the achievement. This game is a wreck atm. After so many mp crashed and disconnects, the devs owe us some free packs. They have to hold on the players who still play. A ban wave will kill the game.

Meh, the exploit is only game breaking on a few weapons. The rest kind of still suck ass. Basically makes the good weapons godly and the decent weapons great. Anyways it won't matter much longer if serious adjustments aren't made to the game. This MP has about three months if that long in its current state.
