Why the ketts call themselves this way? Or even the angara call them ketts?
Wasnt this the name given to them by the milky way races because they didn't know their true name?
The same apply to the remnants. It makes no sense about them calling themselves ketts and the machines remnants
In the original trilogy it was better written
Like the reapers who didn't care how they were called and never adressing themselves as reapers or the geth just calling them "old machines"
Thats just my opinion

If I recall the early moments of the game correctly, i could be wrong, but wasnt their some throw away dialogue about the translator pickign up the language and kicking in?

So many things that don't make sense. Peebee, from the way I understood it, came up with the name remnant, but everyone uses remnant. Peebee rattled off all this stuff and said I just whittled it down to remnant, but people other than her refer to them as remnant.
