Round 2's pairings are pretty damned good, most of the guns I feel similarly about, very few "This gun is utter crap, so the other wins by default" which happened a lot in the first round.

As to Talon vs Hurricane, I voted Talon. It provides an interesting Alternative weapon that is basically the dirty love child of Wraith and Acolyte.

Hurricane is just a lighter, less accurate Harrier.

With a better weight:damage ratio and a respectable amount of ammo. I also voted Talon though.

I disagree with that quite a bit. A three round burst can get a neck-head-head shot with the Harrier if you're out of cover at medium/long range. The Hurricane just can't do that at all, even if you're firing short bursts.

Now in cover the Harrier is a whole different beast, but that's cause it's bugged rather significantly. My Drelldept often uses the Harrier as he's fast enough to hit up multiple ammo boxes easily on Plat and needs to restock his 'nades anyways.

Also, I must admit that my view of the Hurricane suffers from Trollstore RNG. Hurricane IV vs Harrier X, so yeah, the Hurricane has a significant disadvantage here, I see its potential, but it just isn't there yet. Also, it's basically an SMG shotgun (With a similar TTK), Good up close, inconsistent at range (At least Shotguns get a smart choke). Hell, I sometimes even take my BPP IX over my Hurricane (My Eagle TSol does, adds some impressive Anti-Armour damage to him).

Claymoar is one of those guns the Trollstore refuses to give my newest alt. Apparently I like gear more than piercing mods or guns, because only have Shotgun/Sniper/Pistol piercing mods, and not good shotguns not named "Piranha I" or "Reegar I". I also apparently like the Valkyrie (I don't), last two UR drops have been Valkyrie, which is sadly now one of my best weapons, despite lack of piercing. Thankfully, the UR drop before that was Black Widow I, so that's something. Still need a good shotgun, dammit. Katana needs too much help on Gold.
