Rather than make yet another thread about strike teams, i see no reason not actually pose the question(s) here?

I'm trying rather unsuccessfully to find the following traits, if everyone can check their strike team traits and check that would be great, but i suspect this may have been long since deemed an impossible feat.

Alien Presence POSITIVE TRAIT (the negative trait known is Xenophobe)
Key Intelligence Component POSTIVE TRAIT (the negative trait is Poor Intelligence) I've seen 'Intelligent' hinted at, but can anyone confirm this with a screenshot?
Hostage Situation NEGATIVE TRAIT (the positive trait is Hostage Rescue Specialist)

and then there is the +5/-5 traits. I am guessing only that for each positive +5 trait there 'should' be a negative trait that matches with it:

Elite (+5) / Reluctant Soldier (-5)
Grizzled Veteran (+5) / Shell Shocked (-5)
Lucky (+5) / Unlucky (-5)
Skirmisher (+5) / ???????
Tactician (+5) / ???????
Tough (+5) / ???????

I have seen THESE negative traits posted: Injured Teammate, Low on Supplies and Fragile (https://www.reddit.com/r/MECoOp/comments/65717w/guide_mea_strike_team_guide/)

So i'm guessing only that Fragile will be the negative trait for for 'Tough' and that leaves Injured Teammate and Low on Supplies to guess between Skirmisher and Tactician as the negatives for those positives.

Anyone able to shed any light on this?

The [guide on reddit is the definitive version] - this one is way out of date. Maybe today I will update it. (The problem is that making the big tables in bbcode is *painful*.)

To answer your questions:

Alien Presence does not have a corresponding Positive Trait, and Hostage Situation does not have a corresponding Negative Trait. This was confirmed by /u/JustinsWorking from the Bioware app team in a private message to the author.

The +5/-5 traits are all cosmetic. Maybe the designers made pairs of them for ease of design, but it doesn't matter. They could say "+5 Foo" and "-5 Bar" and they'd work the same way.

Useful(?) tip: For anyone crazy enough to have alt accounts, there are utilities like NoxApp+ and Island that will let you sandbox multiple copies of the Android app side-by-side. That way you won't have to log in and out to manage the various strike teams.
