There should be an option to go straight to the badlands/slums of Kadara from the galaxy map instead of having to go to kadara port first and THEN go to it.

Before anything is removed or added. Bugs need to remain the focus. On my third play and I'm having alot of issues with quest that i did not previously have an issue with. Including multiple ones causing the ps4 to completely crash.
But for the fast travel topic, need to be able to move around Kadara alot easier. Especially the slums issues and the extremely long long doors lol..

Being able to board the Tempest without leaving the planet. Every time I have to watch a cutscene to make a call on the vidcom, and then have to watch another cutscene to return to the planet I just want to throw my keyboard. You shouldn't have to sit through these scenes when you just want to run onto the Tempest to manage your strike team, do some research/development, or collect research points from your cryo pod perks.

Not urgent, but it would be a huge quality-of-life improvement if we could close the map and journal by pressing M and J, respectively. The fact that you open them up with one key, but then have to click Esc like 5 times to get back to your game is just bonkers. It's not exactly the toggle you want but you can close every menu like for example the map or journal instantly by hitting tab. Much easier than five times esc. BTW: Does anyone knows a way to disable the console? Drives me nuts when I miss the no.1 button in the middle of a fight and wonder why I can't move anymore... (clumsy fingers I guess...).

As others have said, the ability to go into the Tempest without leaving the planet would be nice. Especially when I just want to chat.
I find some of the character movement give me a bit of a headache. I feel like some of the little rocks and things on the ground are too easy to get stuck on. They should just let you more or less walk through things that are not more than 1/4 of the way up to your knee. I seem to remember this being a bit annoying to me in DAI, but it seems even worse in MEA. Related to this is that the camera view seems to lurcha around way more than it did in other games. This may be just me having this problem since I am bit prone to migraines. I usually leave my weapon drawn becasue the wider FOV makes my head hurt because of the way the camera works.
Let me take out the augments without having to go through so many steps and station switches.
I want to go back to the old health system, or at least something closer to it. Use the current system to fill my health dispenser, not to heal me. Same as the ammo system.
I want to be able to sit down on chairs and couches. A completely useless feature, but I want it--maybe because I have played too much Star Trek Online.
Another thing about movement: There is a movement delay that seems to happen right after a conversation and perhaps other times. It bugs me. Granted, it is more realistic this way, but I just want to get moving.

mini map mirror of transformation ability to take cover when and where I want to LARGER FONT - being saying this everywhere I can with the hope that someone from Bioware will see this (no pun intended - ) and get it fixed. Can't read most of the text without seriously squinting or standing up and moving two feet from the TV. I read somewhere that font size MAY be considered at some point for patching. Please patch Gods ...consider it now.

AVP rewards delivered from forward stations. No, I do not want to leave a planet every 30 minutes to watch the Tempest take off, pick up my Milky Way research, watch the Tempest land again, and then resume whatever I was doing. I'd also be okay with letting them accumulate without pickups instead.
On an unrealistic note, I'd eventually like the ability to assign armor stats in crafting. Something like crafting Hyperguardian armor with the stats of Kett or Heleus with N7 stats.
Oh, and spare clips mods not turning all my guns light red.

I don't think I've seen anyone mention the lack of a customizable HUD. The Nomad HUD is an eyesore. I don't need permanent instructions plastered on the screen regarding Mining; Acceleration; Jump Jets and so on... If I need more than one advisory regarding this, then my stupid ass should pause the game and look up the controller layout. For a game built around beautiful environments, so much clutter onscreen makes little sense.

A mute button for sam. I really just want to shut him up. If he won't solve the remnant puzzles for me which are a PITA for me, and if he won't be accurate about when I do and do not have mail, then he just needs a mute button. Now I know how joker felt in ME2. But no, I am not going to date SAM if he shows up in some virtual body, which he probably freaking will. Also, when that happens, I'm going to say 'called it' in every subsequent thread where people are flipped out about it, because you know they will be.
Also, check mail somehow from my omnitool. Or forward station. Seriously, I don't want to have to go back to the tempest to check mail. I want a screen I can look at anywhere just to see them. Vid calls too while we are at it because Shepard could look at hackett on his/her missions in ME3 and I think it could be done before then. So why can't I use my omnitool for that too? Anything that saves me those damn loadscreens. There should be a moratorium on anything that adds more loadscreens.

Not a feature per say, but cut out the tutorial-style dialogue in Peebee's loyalty mission. I think it was there for press builds, but in the public release having a tutorial more coddling than the prologue isn't suitable when the main story is mostly over.

They also need to expand the radius for initiating conversations, at least on PS4, as well as for opening some containers. Often I have to get ridiculously close or jump around for awhile before I get the triangle prompt, and it's especially annoying for those conversations because our faces are practically touching.

The ability to undo one ability tree instead of reassigning points to the whole abilities all over again. Would have loved DAI style system where on could toggle between different upgrades for any ability. I really would have liked that here as well, allowing us to toggle between ability upgrade paths .

May have been said already, but a map HUD with a built-in waypoint.
Add more active powers to the wheel.
A better and easier way to equip after gear/weapon creation, including mods.
The ability to turn off SAM:The Weather Man.
Add invulnerability during mission dialogue.
etc..

The systems we use on a regular basis are set up in a way it's a pain in the Asia (damn you autocorrect!). I'd like to see on any given planet where a research station is available to also have loadout, email, vidtron, cryo-perks, and strike team access. These do not need to be a bunch of separate interfaces, but one, with menu access to the various Pathfinder systems. The way it is now is a painful time waster.

If i had to pick one, in addition to the very good ideas mentioned already, it would be to wear any armor. Why be restricted to one "good" armor set if you are a biotic, or tech, or sniper? Make 6 sets of cosmetic armor and let us mod them for bonuses.

The ability to organise the journal. You could arrange missions in alphabetical order in the original trilogy. Now it's a pain checking which missions you've done. This, though I'd prefer to have all quests organized by location. Obviously it does this to a certain degree, but there's been more than a few times where a quest asks you to travel to somewhere, or complete a task, and its not listed under the applicable planet or location.
