While we're on the subject of LI's of different races....why no asian women either? Was kinda disappointed Kasumi wasnt available back in ME. It would have been nice Traynor apparently is Indian, maybe mixed and Suvi seems like mixed Scottish-Middle Eastern. Both are only for women though. In general Bioware just seems to repeat same looks and types for LIs, they could mix things up a bit. Have that african female LI and maybe white guy LI for once as well. And gay alien romance since all m/m romances have been humans this far. |

There is quite many racially ambigious characters, I have heard different ethnicities and races for Kaidan as well. |

Even if we ignore sexual orientation, the amount of content with bith women was far from equal. BW had a chance with Viviene, but that gave her bold head, unlikable character traits and no romance option. |

Seemed like it almost happened. In Cora's concept art she looks black/mixed race but they changed it in the final game.  I prefer her concept art look alot more even if she does look alot like ashley. She looks like Ashley before BW bimbofied her, I would have been annoyed if they'd used this design, so Ashley wasnt sexy enough when she looked like this but its sexy enough for Cora? (ps BW Ash looked fine before ME3) |

I thought ashley was either light-skinned or mixed african american when I first saw her. I think her writer said she has hispanic or latino heritage, so I guess she's hispanic/latino and white judging from her sister. But Im pretty sure she's suppose to look racially ambiguous like kaiden, and overall she's probably a mix of many things considering the lore says humans are mixed race by this time. |

Why do you have to specify "african american"? Is there something wrong with just saying black? It always annoys me when people use it in contexts where it makes no sense, like this one. Why can't they be european, canadian or, you know, just african?
On topic though, I would like to see them add a female black LI to ME or Dragon Age at some point.
