The thing is that one of those options gives me the right to loot anything and everything I come across. So I'm gonna have to go with conquering. Loot... lol More like Conrad digging through crates.

In the quest for more loot, no technique is forbidden. Some of the best loot has come from digging through crates.

I don't see the difference on what Shepard did and what the Pathfinder will. It's not like Shepard never dig through crates.

I'd like to be a pragmatic explorer. My alternate name is The Crimson Loot Hog so all I'm all for crate digging, puzzle solving, lock picking, body looting, and unlocking every section of every map. I'm mostly peaceful, unless I know you're going to drop loot. Then, well, kill 'em all and let RNG sort 'em out.

Well, I suppose if you choose to see it that way that's your prerogative. However, I don't think that how George RR Martin or the show writers intended to portray the events. Whether I see it that way or not, that doesn't stop it being an accurate assessment of S4-6 or that GRRM has consistently written her to be a great conqueror, but a terrible ruler. That being said, she's young enough that she still has time to learn to be a better ruler... unless her entire arc has actually been to set her up as a villain protagonist. -- On topic, I think I'm going to probably go for a Pragmatist playthrough. Overall benevolent, but with the willingness to engage in the odd bit of ruthlessness, as well as put morality aside when considering the most practical overall solution to the problem or scenario at hand.
