Thank you for your time and effort.
Those headshot multipliers are quite disappointing. Good to know the armor calculation is still similar.
I haven't had a ton of time to play this game recently, but I'll try to help out with some testing when I can. We really need the enemy health table, that'll make things a lot easier.

Apparently enemy (enemy type) is also relevant for HS multiplier. Thus far "dogs" have -25% lowered HS multiplier than humanoids ..

I wonder why they designed such a complicated system. *puzzled* I guess with computers you can do math as fast as you want. I know that in TTRPGs which is more my background I would never design anything this complicated, because nobody would be able to do the math fast enough to keep the game flowing. Manveer is notorious for doing stuff like this, dating all the way back to when he worked at Raven.

It isn't specifically claiming it extends the damage duration either (you infer it probably because you would like it to be true.). It extends the duration until cloak expires (can stay hidden for longer). Less potent bonus for most applications - but it doesn't make them liars for wording it this way ..

It does what it says. The damage buff IS active while you are cloaked. It just fails to mention that everyone gets as 2s damage buff after breaking cloak. Combat Cloak is absolute trash obviously, but it is actaully correct by a strict reading of the description.

The bug here is the fact that the base cloak damage duration is 2 seconds, when it shouldn't be. Combat cloak would have no reason to exist if that was intended.
Theoretically, this means you could take cloak to rank 4 and you wouldn't be missing out on any damage.
