It's not the demo that is replayable, it's the missions themselves. They announced that feature a long time ago. They said you couldn't unlock all the Javelins which points to a level locked demo too. Yeah, I knew the missions were replayable, but it sounded like you'd could replay the demo (eg. creating a new freelancer).
But Mike just got back to me and apparently that's not the case. So yeah, choose your javelin wisely.  We start with the ranger right? I assumed that’s all we have access to for the demo |

Personally, I'm okay with them playing a level of difficulty they're comfortable with. I don't want to sit there watching them die over and over and over again. I still remember that ME:A stream of Liam's personal mission. Actually that would be great if they can play on the hardest level, and after dying over and over that would show the community that Anthem ain't as easy as some people think. After losing like 3 times they can put the level on something they can manage. They technically already showed a livestream where they kept on "dying" (first time they showed javelin customization). |
