Sure looks like 4 people co up with different classes and all kinds of upgrades for your suit.
Also looks like grinding and microtransactions.
Almost looks like a ringworld station (like the presidium) in that picture. Probably the camera, but could be cool.
Would you guess third or first person?
My guess is third.
Third, for sure. Because it's BioWare, an action-adventure (adventure is almost always 3rd) and the jetpack stuff will be much better in 3rd.
The Division was in 3rd and looked pretty good. Let's just hope there aren't any human enemies that are god like bullet sponges without even some plot armor.
Mass Effect Trilogy, Dragon Age: Origins, Dragon Age 2, Dragon Age Inquisition, KOTOR, Jade Empire, Mass Effect Andromeda, Anthem, Mass Effect Legendary Edition
... Me praying for an offline single-player option with decent story mode... I am way too agitated right now, and I was SO trying not to get excited
That's unlikely to say the least. What with the high levels of corporate-speak and fake enthusiasm over the "disruptive social elements" etc.
Fully offline seems doubtful, sure, but given the emphasis placed on storytelling on virtually every other title save this one they avoided discussing at all, I very much doubt single-player is out.

Guys, we are gonna get gameplay only a day from announcement. They have got some relevant material to show to us. They are making this game. If you think about Andromeda messy 5 year development and look back for how long we were waiting for Andromeda gameplay, year and a half. Why? For Andromeda development began basically in last 18 months of production. This seems like a different story.
Anthem got my attention, it looks like something between Destiny and Titanfall (both of these had some very cool aspects) If this game got branching dialogue, great characters and interesting world then i dont care if it is MMO or FPS/TPS. Cant wait for THAT gameplay tomorrow.

Also, if third person, please let me scroll in-out with the camera. I hate locked cameras like in MEA, where the scrolling wheel is used to switch weapons.

I wonder whether the creature outside was an alien, this being another planet; a mutant, this potentially being future earth; or some kind of magic creature, making this a sci fi with magic rather than just post apocalyptic theme.

The suit/mecha looks quite a bit bigger than a person operating it, so it may just be a quirk of the suit that lets this particular setup jump better or something, while the operator may still be human.

Mostafa Omara @mostafaomara12 A PC version for Anthem?
Fernando Melo DiscoBabaloo would assume so, but still early days to be sure what platforms it'll eventually end up on - they'll announce when they can
This is the kind of shit I hate. They know damn well what platforms it'll be on. Are we stupid or something?
The topography in the website image makes me think this isn't Earth (unless it's undergone a serious makeover). So, alien world... in the future. Colony that met with disaster?
Tech and magic (or space-magic like biotics/psionics)? Possibly. The character on the right in the website image is clearly "different".

????
I'm referring to the creature at 0:16 who looks distinctly fleshy not machine/armoury to me, what are you referring to?
