This isn't the best example, because the actual in-game scene of the Cora romance is one of the better, if not the best example of the animation sequences in the game. I was hoping this would show some other sequence that somehow got downgraded instead.

It's a really good reel, but I like what the animator says on their Vimeo page. Just to add, click on the "V" in the corner of the video to go to his Vimeo page. I didn't expect the video to automatically embed.

I was hoping this would show some other sequence that somehow got downgraded instead. I agree. Both runs on the PS4, this scene actually didn't have issues. The Krogan sissy-brawl had more issues and that's not including the slap fight itself. I ROAR IN ANGER FOR ALL KROGANS! and then laugh until my ribs hurt... I know Wrex and Grunt would be... once they're done ripping the place apart for misrepresenting the Krograns that badly.

Weird thing is that right before that fight, Morda does a proper headbutt against Strux and knocks him on his ass. If she had simply done that, pointed a shotgun at his face and let him walk out with his stubby tail between his legs, the scene would have been just fine. They didn't need all that extra shit.

R'Shara, I don't think that kind of stuff is related to animation, though I'm no expert. That seems to be an issue with the game knowing where to place Kallo. And Jaal (or his evil twin). And Liam, who is creeping hard when we first descend on Eos. Mercifully, I haven't seen the second naked Jaal since 1.05 was released. Talk about distracting... kino, it was interesting to see those Archon scenes were the same artist's work. I recall thinking how phenomenal they looked, and wondering how many critics never played enough to see them. The animations are good, in my opinion, since 1.05. The "Alec is dead" scene still sucks. (Ryder should look down and drop his/her head, rather than staring into Addison's soul. I imagine they were stuck with what BioWare captured in the studio.) The rest of the game looks pretty good, to me; particularly for a ME game. I think the animation issues are well on their way to being solved. It's a shame it couldn't be done prerelease, since a "fixed" issue will forever hang around the neck of this game.

Morda and Strux took slapping lessons from that salarian bar-fighter on Kadara.

Ok, here it comes... so, where were all the social justice warriors at Bioware when they decided to "siss-a-fy" the Krogan? Huh? I'm just kidding. Adding fuel to the fire. What I want to know is who said, "Yeah, this works."

I thought the news of the death of his father was way underplayed. I didn't expect a wailing, gnashing of teeth and hair shirt scene, of course, but a little more emotion than what was shown would've been appropriate.

I've yet to experience that bug. I hope it's stomped before I do. I could make up virtually anything, at this point, and no one would have reason to doubt me. The bugs are that numerous and varied. R'Shara , I don't think that kind of stuff is related to animation, though I'm no expert. That seems to be an issue with the game knowing where to place Kallo. And Jaal (or his evil twin). I've just decided that I'll assume Ryder is staring at Addison like, "Insensitive much, biatch?" It likely won't help me. I chuckle at this scene, and laugh aloud at the Krogan Slapboxing,

My knowledge is scant. It's been almost a decade, and I didn't work really closely with that stuff, so I could be wrong. You saw my Jaal evil cloud of death animation, though so, yeah definitely something funky going on in there.

True, if they did not had the money to do a krogan fight with hammer, ground destruction blood, and everything, they should have just kept it minimal with a headbutt and shotgun pointed at jorgal strux head. As much as I defend MEA and love this game, that fight was pure narm, at least it made me laugh.

I can imagine his breath on my neck. I've been stalked by the corpses of both Cora and Jaal, at different times. Cora even got resuscitated, but the dead one remained. Even fast-travel couldn't shake her. Dead Jaal just stayed dead, on 100+ level Insanity at Khi Tasira. Lazy ass Jaal.

Still exists on the PS4, but only once since Patch 1.05. What am I getting a lot is enemies melding into walls and stuff. They sometimes pop out and above the structure, but sometimes it's as if they dropped into the scene like that already.

Yeah that happened to me with Cora. A fiend grabbed her on Havarl, and when I went to a forward station she was still down for the count. The Andromeda Initiative was seriously out taking a piss when it left behind its stock of resurrection scrolls in the Milky Way.
