Anyone use the story generator option to form your Clem? I had a save file that i could have used but i figured the story generator might help me nail down the personality i wanted her to have. I got Even Tempered Clementine. Out of curiosity, just how many temperaments are there?

Here's what I picked for eps 1&2 of TWD: A New Frontier. My choices EPisode 1: Decided to spend the night in the junkyard. The place seemed abandoned and reasonably safe. Was wrong on both counts Let the driver go. Probably a dumb choice, but it wasn't like he was an immediate threat. Got locked up after the shooting. I didn't realize it was even possible to talk your way out of it. Maybe if I gave up Clem...? Went with Tripp to to the junkyard. That doctor's heart seemed to be in the right place, but heading out in the dark with a herd of walkers around seemed to be unreasonably dangerous. I escaped with the family. I didn't really want to leave Clem to face those goons alone (especially after what they did to Mari > ), but Kate was hurt and Gabe was begging for Javi not to leave them again. Episode 2: Stayed out of David and Kate's Argument. David's a douche, but he clearly wasn't going to listen to reason
Surrendered at Prescott. Figured maybe they could be talked down, or at least get Francine to safety. And if they couldn't, well, we still had Tripp, Clem, and Conrad to back us up
Trusted Jesus. But not before checking him for a NF brand first.
Shot Conrad. His plan to hand Clem over was insane. Trying to hold my nephew hostage means you get a bullet
Capitulated with Richmond's demands. We were sh*t out of options. The only thing I didn't comply with was putting my hands over my head, and that was because Javi was still holding Kate. Also, anyone else notice: Jesus was voiced by Garrus?

Finished Batman and had a great time. And yes, romanced the kitty and didn't believe she's as bad as she made herself out to be. If there's going to be a sequel, hope to see her again.

You know, if Prescott is any indication, town in TWD universe are becoming like those of the Fallout setting... Not surprisingly given how that long it has been the outbreak began. Most people who are still alive are so because their survival tactics has become habits: it's become your daily life. It also important to note that you cannot scavenge forever: at some point, the pre-outbreak food is going to become so scarce that you have to start to think towards growing your own food for survival. While there are still going to be loners who do this by themselves, a lot of people are going to be banding together to form communities to better survive and those communities either fall or go on to become makeshift towns perhaps even cities.
If it survives, AJ's generation is going to grow with this as the world they've always known and they'll probably be learning how to survive from the get-go. I wouldn't be surprised if someday in the Walking Dead universe that the world does go back to semi-as-before just with precautions and preprations for how the dead don't stay dead to minimize outbreak danger such as that nurses waits quietly and when the patient has passed, they jab them in the head with a sharp tool. People wears a tracker chip or something that sends out an alert if their vitals goes dead so that a warning can be issued to keep people away and a nearby professional can be alerted to their location and deal with them. Oh! How about miniature implants in people's head that go off and damages the brain when their vitals goes dead?

Well, yeah, but I mean in the Fallout games, communities live in what are essentially shanty towns built on top of the ruins of the old world. Prescott (built on an old airfield) reminded me a lot of places like Diamond City or Novac or Megaton.

I always quite loved that style of homes and I thought the way Prescott looked was really sweet. It does make sense too since you have solid structures that you can built on and around. Basically, a skeleton to slap meat and lungs onto. A home is what you make it. Sometimes it's a house and sometime it's an old tank in a ditch. I love mods

People actually do that now, well they did. A lot of modern cities are built atop the bones of far older settlements. Rome, Berlin, Oslo, just to name a few, if we wanted to get REALLY old we could go into Africa and the Middle East.

I mentioned this over in the "what games are you playing" thread, but I felt this fit here too.
Finished Batman, and really enjoyed it overall, both as a gamer, and as a HUGE fan of Batman and his mythos. I loved how they got the feel of that world while still being willing to do some BATSHIT INSANE twists that I never saw coming. Will definitely get season 2 when it comes.
Also, a few days ago I got Tales From the Borderlands when I found it for cheap on Gamestop. I liked the bits of Borderlands I've played, and with Batman in mind, I thought I'd give it a shot. Was a little surprised of the big spoilers I got for BL2, but enjoyed the first episode when I played it that night. This morning, I thought I'd fire up the second episode. I did, the cliffhanger got me to go, "shit, I got to find out what happens next!" Next thing I know, I've finished the game, the sun is setting and I'm starving.
So yeah, it was SO FUCKING GOOD. I loved the characters, the setting, I laughed my ass off plenty of times each episode, the ending was BANANAS and made me laugh and choke up almost within moments of each other. It's definitely the best of the Telltale games I've played so far, and I'm a little worried that this might have ruined me on the other series. I'm also definitely considering playing the rest of the games to completion.
Also, someone PLEASE tell me they've hinted at doing a season 2.

So Telltale's Marvel game is supposedly Guardians of the Galaxy, and you control Star-Lord.

Cool--I just hope it's not so much like the movie that it feels like a shoddy retread. I'd love to see them combine that outlaw-like group with some of the big high concept they really confronted, like the Annihilation Wave.

I'm so done with Telltale. It's bizarre because their games are far from bad , but the episodic nature + dragging TWD success on and on + Game of Throne ending was very meh = I can watch some of those games on Youtube if I'm curious but really don't feel like buying anymore.

I've played the first season of TWD. I couldn't get into the 2nd season, since I couldn't get into the shoes of an 8 year old girl. But I have played Wolf among us, Game of Thrones, and recently Batman. Wolf among us was pretty good but only made it halfway. GoT was good but Ramsay Bolton kept on pissing me off lol. Batman was great in put you in the fractured psyche of Bruce Wayne. You can choose to kill your victims or spare them like Batman usually does, and the action sequences are some of the best in TellTale history.

Of course all it accomplished was getting Kate p*ssed at me...
