Primary change noted is not just facial animation changes, but the changes to Sarah Ryder.
Remember on how Sarah Ryder was criticisized as being hit with "ugly stick" from several gaming news sources and multiple videos on youtube? Well, apparently, Bioware(before the whole kotaku thing about ME being put on hiatus happened) was "beautifying" Sarah Ryder to be more attractive.
1. Lipstick shade was added or just made the lips pinker.
2. Complexion was changed. Its actually a subtle change that makes a big difference. In 7:42 the lighting actually makes the face look a bit different. Better overall.
The changes makes me laugh. Take that Sarkeesian!

I mean, assuredly criticize where there are actually issues. Animations were sub-par, CC is lacking, etc. There are actually issues with the game, and the community calmly being like "Hey, Bioware. Animations kinda suck." That's exactly what you need to do to make video games better. Crying "SJW's made Sara Ryder ugly!!" and flooding metacritic with 0's because there's no Shep is NOT the right way to do anything.

Too little, too late for most people. Damage is done.
Good on BioWare for attempting to fix parts of the game, though.
On beautifying her...It doesn't fix my personal problem with Sara, her forever smile. I think they mocapped her like that, thus can't be fixed unless they redo her model.
