I say Cora. She wears real armor, has Alliance and asari commando training, and has been known to rip APC's apart and warp steel girders with her biotics. She also has charge and carries a shotgun. Miranda wouldn't stand a chance.

That's self evident. The whole point of potential is that you already have it. It can be wasted or utilised. A great leader knows how to get the best out of their squad, this isn't really up for debate because that's precisely what Shepard does and it's why people follow him. Removing distractions is one means of ensuring a teams focus on the mission. 

I mean your Shep didn't have to be a decent leader, remove distractions, inspire loyalty and choose the right people for the right missions...but none of that makes Miranda any better than Jack, Samara or Cora. The whole debate is whether Lawson is even in Harpers league and even at her focused best, Miranda likely isn't.

Cora would beat her in a fight but Miranda got her beat in daddy issues.

It wasn't about unlocking their potential. It was about helping them take care of their personal problems.

Since they already have potential, why let a problem that hasn't been dealt with cause them not to perform to their best?

There are plenty of real butts like Miranda's, thankfully. I have no idea how she wore such clingy pants, though. That would be monumentally uncomfortable, I'd think. "Space-age" fabric, no doubt.

well concidering those helmets arn't rated for combat Miranda still wins via walk up and headshot. Seriously the helmets crack when Ryder falls on his face. it out right shatters when a box smacks into it. It aint stoppin a bullet.
