Yeah Most Asari Commandos are not Tala Vasir and Aria. Also you shouldn't expect Cora to be an Elite Asari Commando due to that she is just a human. Also Like most spec ops soldiers, there are no two exact Asari Huntresses. Some Asari Huntresses are better at certain skills than others. I am not dissing Cora's skill or biotic strength. Cora is a powerful natural biotic without the upgrades of Genetic Upgrades(miranda) or Training from Hell(Jack) or even species natural biotic advantage.
"It's simple: Overspecialize, and you breed in weakness. It's slow death." Major Motoko Kusanagi, Ghost in the Shell is a good reason to vote for Miranda.

Shields would take the initial brunt, but then it's either the shotgun or nova that makes the difference, followed by another charge that basically keeps the enemy staggering. A fast Vanguard wouldn't give the opponent enough time to get their bearings long enough to use their powers properly, and with shield regen on activation a Vanguard is damn near invincible. Miranda would be shit out of luck. |

Miranda tries to finish with the warp and Shooting. Cora gets out of stun and Charges. Hits Miranda,charge recharges half Cora's shields and stuns Miranda(charge stuns everything that not tanky and Miranda is not tanky). Cora use nova, Nova takes out all of Miranda's shields (Miranda is not tank in any way and Nova is an anti shield or anti armor power.) Cora uses shot gun and ends the match. And that's not even covering Cora's shield boost that continuously restore shields when used. Cora would win even if Miranda uses her wreave. |

Aria at least had flare. We never got to experience the receiving end of a power like that. |

The fight was her just trying to flank with teleport and use Shockwave to stun Shep and then use charge to fight up close. Her fight is not her running away. |

Mercs were flying in left and right on cargo lifters. She could have easily hitched a ride while drones kept them busy and Shepard and Liara would have to run back to the sky car. It's the forced wave of mooks mechanic and Vasir disappearing somewhere we couldn't reach that makes it so problematic.

You give me a plot armored useless piece of shit waste of life and the ME equivalent of Scarface as examples of "typical commandos"? Good talk.  Loving the agitated vanguards out on patrol though. The asari commandos on Noveria were joke. I still laugh each time I play ME1 when I hear benezia say, "Have you ever seen an asari commndo unit before? Few humans have". What a joke. Too bad my Shepard couldn't say to her, "Have you ever seen a human spectre before? Few asari have".  |
