Basically what the title says. I want to obtain next story. I place no specific requirements to what it should be save for staying true to space saga genre, customized protagonist and a team of companions set-up.

Agreed! I would like a continuation of the Andromeda storyline, as well as several story DLC for MEA. Hoping for those Quarians and maybe another Jardaan space station with more information about them.

Yep! It will happen, but right now the focus will move to the next game they have to promote, but eventually we'll hear about MEA2! DLC is no doubt happening soon though, so I'm not worried about that.

I want Fiend to have a bigger role in the next Andromeda game. For a dlc, the player plays as the space rodent stealing food before its captured.

I would prefer to see my Ryder again in MEA-2, but I'll be happy to see anything new.

DLC is a given, but I suspect we're two years out at least from the MEA2 announcement. Before then I suspect we'll be swamped in Anthem story reveals and DA4 teasers.

DLC is a given, but I suspect we're two years out at least from the MEA2 announcement. Before then I suspect we'll be swamped in Anthem story reveals and DA4 teasers. Yeah that's how it goes. I still remember when DAI ended and Trespasser was the last DLC. It left off with hints we'd be going to Tevinter, and suddenly BW went silent. Said no DA4 was green-lit and then the old forums started making threads about how DAI ruined the franchise and the series was over. I told people that MEA was the next focus, so that's why you won't hear anything about DA4 for sometime. Now that MEA is out and completed (minus a few DLC), Anthem is the new focus. Once Anthem is done, DA4 will be the new focus, etc...

Gamble's consistent mentioning of MEA doesn't show a company who produced a failure or who has given up on the franchise. ME games will always sell, but their market has changed. Now it's about getting new people involved, much like they did with DA:I.

I know lol the old BSN forum was always quick to stir shit, same as the new one, so anything that gave DAI haters an excuse to shit post, they did. Same with MEA. Yep! Still more patching and future content coming!

Same but I'm not going to get my hopes up Yeah same here I think we'll get DLC there's just too many threadss left untied for there not to be but as for MEA2 I'm not counting on that yet. That'll likely depend on how things end up looking after the DLC.

Waiting for shure any future instalment for Andromeda. I loved the game and I'd like to see more in the future. Sadly we can't expect MEA2 before 4-5 years from now, with the Anthem & DA4, but I'm pretty shure the DLC will be out around september this year.

Mass Effect is done guys. It's over. It's a failed property. I know how hard it is to accept but the writing is on the giant impregnable border wall.
THE Mass Effect team has been working on Anthem for about 5 years now and will continue to do so for the foreseeable future, the Dragon Age team will continue to work on Dragon Age ad-infinitum. Between Anthem and Dragon Age that's more than enough work to go around for the core studio. Who cares about Austin?
They are not going to risk handing Mass Effect over again to another rookie (essentially third party) studio with limited oversight any time soon and they aren't going to expand Edmonton to a third team in a hurry to revive a failed property with declining sales and a tarnished reputation. It's just not commercially viable. Would you even want Edmonton to split their resources between three games teams?
By the time either Edmonton team consider bringing back Mass Effect we're looking at 10+ years easily given the length of development cycles now.

There's a border wall? Are we paying for this or is EA? Inquiring netizens need to know.
