Hah. Not sure how it looks on PC/console, but in the app, the store shows it as a silver card, once purchased it turns into a gold card, and the collection shows it as a gold card too but it's still grayed out after purchase.

Edit: I closed and reopened the app and it's not grayed out any more. Still gold though.
