If i buy a second mass effect copy with a new origin ID will it cause any conflict with my current one? I'll use 2 different account on the same PC. I'm thinking to start a fresh game just for the lulz. hali! No worries, it works fine, I did this.

Wut? Sticky nades are ridiculously good. They are pretty good, but they are not Infernos or Arc's or Clusters or Lift nades. They require much more precision and do not come with other effects like priming. I've got zero issues aiming them, so that helps. I don't care for additional effects either.

While you can kill it with other nades no problem. That's what I meant.

...! Although I can't still understand why I have to max commons first and later get the better gear. I read the explanation, but I just don't understand. Maybe it's just my english then But I will do as you say, buy the cheap packs until I'm maxed out. Vella, wait, lets make it clear. The described shop strategy is not an "ultimate best", it is best for "credit efficiency", e.g. to max out your manifest with the least credit spent, but not necessarily the most entertaining and might even err on the boring side (depending on subjective preferences). If you prefer bang for you buck, go with the strategies described in this thread, this will max your manifest the fastest, say 6 months. One drawback is that you will play a lot at the start with uncommon and a few rare weapons only, while pugs will be flashing their ultra-rares in the lobbies. If you prefer lottery, put some by for the occasional arsenal pack, who knows, you might hit the jackpot and run with a Harrier or a Black Widow from tomorrow. Drawback is, maxing the manifest will take twice as long or longer. Bottom line is, do what gives you the most joy and when you reach the ultra-rares, come back here and tell us that the shop trolls you just as hard as it trolled me!

How much force is needed to stagger Phantoms on Gold? 1000N, isn't it? I'm thinking of whether Radius would be a better choice in Biotic Charge if I also go with Power Damage in the Drell Assassin tree.

I pretty sure this is obvious to almost all players here, but you but I think this is useful knowledge: in N7HQ you can see all your gear, weapons, classes in one glance. There you can see what stuff you have and what is still locked. Also you can see in what level your stuff is or if it's already maxed out. So go here and find your account. N7HQIt's also useful to see what powers and evo's you and other players have chosen on your kits, which helps in build discussions. That's why I keep a link to my old N7HQ profile in my sig actually. It wouldn't hurt for others here to do the same, especially new players such as yourself looking for tips on how to make a decent build with only what they've got unlocked. Speaking of which, does anyone here know how to merge the link with the N7HQ image in my link? How much force is needed to stagger Phantoms on Gold? 1000N, isn't it? I'm thinking of whether Radius would be a better choice in Biotic Charge if I also go with Power Damage in the Drell Assassin tree. Yeah, pretty sure it's 1000N. All you need to hit that on the drell is either 5A or 4B in passives (or both), so take radius unless you can't take either for some reason. If you accidentally charge the trooper standing next to the phantom instead of the phantom itself radius can be the difference between getting away with it or spending the rest of the round in spectator mode. Also, IIRC without radius some charges can be classed as a miss and won't stagger the target regardless of how much force it has, than could get you killed too.

Well, yesterday i bought a second copy of me3. I have 2 seperate OS on my PC and i've installed origin on my 2nd os and the new me3 on a seperate partition. so no conflict there. As i said yesterday i wanted to try a fresh multi game, for fun. I was curious how fast can i advance with a fresh kit, but i didn't want to lose my current progress and all my earned weapons and kits. The game gives likes 3 gift packs in the store. It gives some very basic level 1 ammo and equipment, with the last gift pack giving a gold character(?). I'm not certain if its meant to be a character or a weapon but it unlocked the Talon Merc for me. Meh, for sure i will not start my 2nd multi adventures with spamming those ridiculously OP cain trip mines. One of the gift pack also unlocked a Hurricane. So one ulra rare already at the start. What i've noticed: when i go to quickmatch first time, it really is Platinum by default Damn you Bioware devs leveling up characters is going painfully slow on bronze but even on silver. I've played my first game on bronze, it was plain boring so i've switched to silver. silver was plain boring too After my 3rd game i switched to gold. only 2 medigel / cobra etc is not much, but its really not a problem (most of the time), because i just play more cautious. Obviously it is not recommended for real beginners. I can kill stuff on gold with Katana but its painfully slow, sometimes 3-4 shot is needed for an enemy. Mantis is still doing ok. Instead of weapons i'll stick to power classes first i think. People tend to kickvote me from gold lobbies for my low level equipment. They have no clue i'm a beast in disguise I didn't buy anything else then recruit packs, after 2 hours half of my uncommon character are unlocked already with some uncommon guns. Unfortunately lots of character appearance options and common weapon mods have to be unlocked yet. Upgrading common guns is going fast. But if my calculation is correct few hours of gold games will get me enough creds to have everything uncommon unlocked.

In all seriousness, one of the biggest reasons I still play after 1400 hours is that I'm still learning stuff. Like last night, tried Claymore HSol for the 1st time in months. I wasn't very good with it, but damn, it was fun as hell. and the reason we still learn stuff after all this time, is that the bioware power descriptions practically hush up what powers actually do! On Adrenaline Rush it sais " Accelerate reflexes, granting time to line up the perfect shot. More weapon damage." Me-1500hours: Accelerate what?? This is crap, lets play the Destroyer. Me-200hours: Bloody hell, it RELOADS my gun, couldn't you have just say so!?! Double barrel Claymore heaven!! Beginners Claymore Hsol guide: 1. find a boss 2. shot inna face 3. adrenalin rush 4. double whammy inna face 5. throw grenade (reloads again when timed right) 6. if not atlas, praetorian goto 1 7. shot inna face 8. goto 1

I'm thinking of whether Radius would be a better choice in Biotic Charge if I also go with Power Damage in the Drell Assassin tree. It's 1000N both for gold and platinum, radius is always the best option for BC. To get 1000N you need to take rank 4B and 5A with all vanguards (if you take radius) except with the Kroguard since he gets more force than the others.
