I am sorry but exactly how fucking high are Bioware?

you forgot to mention that addition of over 50 new weap0on mod cards, 12 of which are bronze, 12 are silver and 12 are gold , and then theres the doubling of the number of gears and never mind the adition of new amps ..... its still utterly fucking retarded to dump so much into a single patch, maybe have one new item unlock each weak but to just dump it all in the manifest page and say nothing ...... its like they want to scare everyone away really fast so EA can close the book on this chapter ....

actually maybe that's the problem, mayhaps EA is pulling the shots and pressured them to do this nonsense ....

They put Combo Detonation Damage on the Turian Soldier's "veteran bonus" stats, that's how high they are.

You can come up with all kinds of GREAT ideas when you are high. Bioware on the other hand is constantly coming up with bad ideas, so...

What really should have been done:

1. Veteran level bonus adjusted according to each character - would liked an overall power up from it, instead of same three - you know, vary them, adjust them.
2. Veteran level each level 20 promoted - a different, harder, grind - but you choose the class/character, and allows lower level URs not to be completely gimped compared to lower tier.
3. Introduced extra super special mod slot only for UR Mods.
4. siphon/concussive/bulwark as UR mods.
5. Apex pack as permanent pack.
6. ???
7. Profit and praise.
8. Bonus: Include weekly events that rewards consistent players a free UR or two, regardless of difficulty - to keep the masses playing.

It's not that hard! Instead, we got this... What they've done here is an obvious last ditch effort to get the highest amount of money they can from the completionist addicts and rich people before they more or less stop improving it.

Can't help but wonder if it's the team themselves who's this stupid, or they're somehow forced to it. Because gameplay wise, they're moving in the right direction, it's the "business model" that's just absolute shyte, and dried up my last ounce of wanting to both max my rare manifest and play this game MP. :/

NO NO NO NO NO I had enough of that promotion lord shit in DAMP and almost everyone was agreed that it was a baaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaad idea.  I'm not keen on this but at least it's still accessible to casual players who don't want to spend weeks constantly promoting kits and then start again.  A big gap in player performance should only down to "skill" not inflated stats because you played for months longer than a new guy.

and I didn`t even buy reserve pack because trying to get UR characters are pointless now...

Two other things that bother me about those new recycled drops:

1. It's blatant power creep. There's no way denying it.
I mean, for ME3MP you could argue that some of the new kits and weapons they introduced were just blatantly more powerful than what we had before (think about N7 Kits or the Harrier). But here, it's just a straigt up buff to all existing weapons and kits. I think this was uncalled for and the only thing it will do is make Gold so completely easy eventually that Platinum is all that's left to play (if it's not already).

2. It increases the gap between new and veteran players (yeah, what new players ).
In ME3, you had weapons to level 10, mods to level 5 and gear to level 5. For kits, even a level 1 was enough. So, if you used a power dependent kit at max level (let's say an N7 Paladin, but really, a lot of kits apply here), the power gap to the veterans was not so high (when you ignore skill differences, think about a veteran restarting the manifest).
Now, you have weapons to level 20 (let's say each variant is like ten more levels), mods to level 10, gear fortunately only one level, and kits to level 20. So, in addition to weapons, a max level kit can also vary greatly in strength now.
