I wish I saw on the list to give a dot for was to get ammo types in item store rotation. There were some one-offs that inevitably got dropped, intentionally, when I categorized things. Interested to hear what people say... or if they even notice. (You obviously did.)

I did the dot vote. It is a nice way to go about things. I really wanted to put a dot in everything but settled with 4 1-pointers. So much of this game needs smoothed out it is really hard to decide on what is the most important.

I'm a bit curious about the choice of 4 dots per voter - I'd guess that most of us could have easily spent more.
Is there some statistical significance to that, or... ?
Thanks.

Speaking of DoT votes and ammo types, I jump to the last page (so I skipped the post with the survey), at first I thought we were some how voting on "damage over time."

curious about the choice of 4 dots per voter The old name of the technique is N/3 (pronounced "N over 3" as in "a number divided by 3") which is the guideline for how many votes to give people: the number of things being voted on, divided by 3. Generally rounded up. 11 categories / 3 = 4 (rounded up) It is deliberately only a few votes to force people to prioritize. Wikipedia has a (only somewhat comprehensible in true Wikipedia style) article about dot voting: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dot-votingAnd the more general term, Cumulative Voting: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cumulative_voting#VotingIf you've ever voted your shares of stock (like electing officers of a publicly traded company), that's typically cumulative voting. I don't think there are any U.S. states that still use it, but maybe some localities do.

What do you all think the chances that Bioware will change the way Upload/Hack works on Plat? Educated guess.

What do you all think the chances that Bioware will change the way Upload/Hack works on Plat? Educated guess. Their telemetry probably tells them how many games of each difficulty end in failures. If it also tells them that most of the failures occur on a specific objective, I would think they might ask themselves why, and reconsider the design of that objective. Ideally, all of the objectives would be roughly equal in difficulty and failure rate. Otherwise, some teams are sort of relying on 'luck of the draw' to determine whether they complete a game - or not. I do think they monitor balance changes and whatnot to see what kind of impact it has overall.

I would love to see a combined "heat map" (locations where players spend most of their time) and "death map" (locations where players die most frequently) from their telemetry! Plat Hack is not *that* bad once the team adjusts but it juts lasts way too long to be fun. Actually even Bronze Hack takes forever... I did one with the Asari Sentinel vs. Bronze Remnant on a LOLbronze solo. The only thing getting into the Hack was Breachers but it still took much too long for my tastes.

I took my rank V Avenger with Shadow Siphon I (still don't have the Black Widow) to Aqua/outlaw/plat just for lolz, wiped twice on wave 6 upload/hack. It wouldn't be so bad if it were 20-30 minutes matches, but my skills and manifest aren't as leet as sparkman, Killa and lennybusker. It took me an hour to just make it to wave 6. Lol. It's not possible doing hack/upload on plat by yourself.

UI: Since we have so many weapons in the list now, would it make sense for variants be placed in a folder structure under their respective weapon type?

The AR targeting mod has a stability penalty attached to it. It says NOTHING of this in the description. Is this working as intended?

If you put it like that, they'll just say 'oh we can fix that' and just change the description. I think you should include that the pistol version has the same benefit, but the AR version penalizes AR users for no good reason.. and also should be Soned-able.

Can we find out what the Angara Avenger actually says when her shields go down? I'd love confirmation that it's exactly what it sounds like (avatar related)

Here's something fairly unimportant that's puzzled me for a while now. Why do some guns track up and to the right, regardless of which handedness I'm using? Edit: gif added below

They likely only coded them to track that way and didn't re-code for handedness. Which is kind of odd because we know Billy always plays left-handed, and I think so does Benoit.
