I don't? EA will do what it always does. Wait a few months and then drop DLC. The game released on March 17th. April, May, June, July 10th... Not really enough time has normally passed and I am speculating that the serious patching process that went into the game probably might have played a factor. The game feels like a game that should've been launched to derail that hate train everyone saw coming except EA or EA just didn't care. $60 for Origins now is a good investment. Nothing has changed.

For those of you who can't seem to picture corporate functionality:

Telling us "There won't be any DLC" will not cause any more of an outrage than THE ABSENCE of DLC. One way or another, the fallout will come.
Sales are important; but so is the corporate image. And do you really think EA is just going to ignore the potential to make more money off of Mass Effect?
They already invested money into this game and developed it for 5 years. That's an investment they will want to milk as long as they can, especially considering they're funding a new IP and development of a new Dragon Age game. This money isn't just plucked from the air. It comes from somewhere.

And, while I don't hate DA2 (I don't like it, but I own it), people were saying the same crap about that game. "It sucks; they won't make DLC" and then DLC came.
