I'll start with mine: Race: Qunari - for me the only race that makes sense given what we now know really happened at the conclave. Qunari Mercenaries were patrolling all over the Temple of Sacred Ashes. A Qunari Security Guard (particularly one attuned to Magical Shenanigans, see below) would have been the one most likely to find the hidden(ish) room in the bowels of the Temple where the ritual was going down, seeing as they would be patrolling all over the place looking for this very thing. Especially when you consider that perhaps someone had already noticed the Divine was missing and had alerted security.
Class: Mage - as stated above, a Mage would likely have sensed that a powerful magical to-do was starting up, and a Qunari Security Mage even more so; as they would likely be on patrol away from where all of the official stuff upstairs was going down to avoid drawing attention from the Mage dignitaries and ire from the Templars present.
As an addendum I would say that either Warrior or Rogue would work just as well, if those classes tickle your fancy.
Gender: Irrelevant (still haven't decided on mine)
Campaign Decisions: Founding Principle of the Inquisition: Restoration of Order Champions of the Just: Reincorporated the Templars directly into the Inquisition. Wicked Eyes and Wicked Hearts: Briala rules through Gaspard. (Briala's intel network and Gaspard's military know-how? Yes please.) Here Lies the Abyss: Rebuilt the Wardens with Loghain, Hawke left in the Fade Morrigan drank from the Well of Sorrows (creepy Elvish thing even Solas won't touch? Go ahead Morrigan) Turned Calpernia against Corypheus Divine Victoria is Cassandra Revealed the truth about Inquisitor Ameridan Disbanded the Inquisition to streamline efforts against the Dread Wolf and his followers, and will use any means necessary to stop him

My "canon" is a compleation of the best choices from my PTs Race: Human. Really the game clearly is made for a human protagonist Class: Rift Mage. I like to think that my Inquisitor becomes the new leader of the free mages after allying with them. Gender:Male because the male British voice actor is really good. With Josephine romance
Desicions: Ally with mages Celene and Briala rule Orlais Wardens rebuilt (Loghain left in the Fade) Morrigan drank from the Well of Sorrows Softened Leliana with Warden romance as Divine Disbanded the Inquisition at the end.
Companions:
Blackwall: Grey Warden Cassandra: Rebuilt Seekers Cullen: Overcame lyrium addiction Dorian: Reconsiled with his father, in a romance with The Iron Bull The Iron Bull: Saved Chargers Jesphine: Josie dealt with assassins Sera: Encouraged her to kill the noble Solas: Freed his friend Lelina: Inspired Vivienne: Gave the heart of Snowy Wyvern Varric: Helped find Red Lyrium leak

My headcanon Inquisitor:
Theodane "Theo" Trevelyan Rogue, archer Insert whole huge family backstory about how he ended up at the Conclave here. (no, really, I've written it all. I have an ongoing fanfiction series about him). Romanced Dorian.
Sided with the mages Had Dorian try to reconcile with his father Recruited the Wardens, though he left Stroud behind Celene rules Orlais and Gaspard was exiled Let Morrigan drink from the Well Made Cassandra Divine Disbanded the Inquisition (and was very, very bitter about the whole Solas-puppet thing. Again, dealt with heavily in my writings).
Overall he's a good guy who wants to do the right thing, which isn't always easy and often bites him in the backside. No good deed goes unpunished, and all.

Race: Human Class: Mage Gender: Male
Story decisions: Order and stability were the inquisition's founding principles. Inquisitor denied being chosen by Andraste. Conscripted the mages. Celene is the ruler of Orlais, peace with Gaspard and Briala. Grey Wardens rebuilt along with Stroud's death. Allowed Morrigan to drink from the Well of Sorrows. Leliana steeled and became the new Divine. Shared the truth about Ameridan. Saved the mines and stopped earthquakes from destroying the Deep Roads. The Inquisition disbanded. Pledged to stop Solas at all cost.

My canon Inquisitor:
Kai Trevelyan Mage Backstory and personality have been written about extensively in the ongoing series I've written/am still writing (link in signature below) Romanced Dorian
Allied with mages Emphatically denied being chosen by Andraste Got Dorian to try to reconcile with his father Made Celine, Briala and Gaspard pretend to play nice with each other Banished the Wardens for their own safety (never once thinking it would be a permanent banishment) Loghain left in Fade Drank from the Well himself (in a fit of pique because Morrigan pissed him off with her "magier than thou" attitude) Made Cassandra Divine Pledged to stop Solas Disbanded the Inquisition

The only one I have. Qunari Male Mage knight enchanter, romances Dorian, disbanded inquisition, Leliana is divine. Sided with Templars, drunk from the well, wants an alliance with Solas. Saved Hawke, left Stroud in the Fade. Killed Iron Bull.

My canon Inquisitor
Name: Celebrian Lavellan Class: Mage, Knight Enchanter Background and Personality: Devout Dalish reformer; sees stagnation in Dalish religion and wants to revitalize it by encouraging openness to new scholarship and ideas. Wears Mythal's vallaslin. Arrogant in her magic when she was younger, humbled by a darkspawn skirmish that left her disfigured by her own spell. Sees magic as a dangerous gift that must be treated seriously and logically. Considers all elves Elvhen regardless of origin. Trained in diplomacy, erudite, compassionate pragmatist. Can be too trusting when vulnerable (ahem, SOLAS). Quicker to sadness than anger. Didn't want her life to turn out this way but does not dwell on it and will do what she must. Romanced: Solas
Decisions:
Denied being chosen by Andraste (believed until Here Lies the Abyss that the woman was actually Mythal) Declared as an elf standing for Thedas Friends with everyone except Sera Encouraged Dorian to reconcile with his father Saved the Dreadnought Returned Blackwall to the service of the Inquisition to atone Helped Solas save Wisdom, did not allow him to kill the mages Guided Cole into becoming a spirit Got the wyvern heart for Vivienne Pressed Lord Harmond into service Helped Cullen get off lyrium (tough love route) Destroyed the contract on Josephine's life Convinced Leliana not to kill Natalie Allied with the mages Banished the Wardens (she is harsh with the Wardens, believing their duty too important to give them any excuses) Reunited Celene and Briala Hawke left in the Fade, Alistair left for Weisshaupt Drank from the Well out of a sense of duty and heritage Softened Leliana made Divine Builds a well-balanced Inquisition that emphasizes its spy network Pledged to redeem Solas, if she can Disbanded the Inquisition
My Lavellan is my canon because I was captivated and challenged by her story. What she wants most for her religion destroys it. Her faith, so much a part of who she is, is based on a cruel lie. She is betrayed by someone she truly loved and trusted. (The man she loves is also the great adversary from her religion that, as Keeper, she would be sworn to protect her people from...which is really, really weird). She loses herself, she loses half her arm. Yet she makes true friendships with the kind of people she never expected to; humans, dwarves, Andrastrians, even a Templar. She learns so much about history, culture, she lets go of some of her prejudice. Her world becomes ever wider and expansive, even as it is destroyed. At the end of Trespasser, she dies and is reborn.

The InquisitorName: Ellana Lavellan Race: Elf Class: Mage Gender: Female Romance: Solas Declared for: An Elf standing for Thedas. Herald of Andraste: Skeptical Non-believer ("I don't know") Plot missions:IHW: Alliance with the Mages. WEWH: Celene rules Orlais, reconciled with Briala and Gaspard executed. HTLA: Wardens allied with the Inquisition, Loghain left in the Fade, Hawke saved. WPHW: Aided the Sentinels, Inquisitor drank from the Well. Divine Victoria: Leliana. Inquisitor Ameridan: Revealed the truth about him being an Elven Mage. Exalted Council: Inquisition disbanded (to consolidate forces and try to prevent further infiltration). Fen'Harel: Attempting to redeem. Companion outcomes:Blackwall: Given a full pardon. Bull: Saved the Chargers and declared Tal-Vashoth. Cassandra: Rebuilding the Seekers. Cole: Made more human. Dorian: Convinced him to reconcile with his father. Sera: Fully supported her work as a Jenny. Solas: Helped rescue his Spirit friend, allowed him to kill the mages. Varric: Discovered Bianca leaked Primeval thaig location. Vivienne: Given the Snowy Wyvern Heart for Bastien. AdvisorsCullen: Overcame his lyrium addiction. Josephine: Contract removed with Leliana's help. Leliana: Softened. --- I really enjoyed playing as Lavellan, because storywise it was interesting to see a Dalish mage who doesn't even follow the Andrastian religion, suddenly get thrown into the middle of their Chantry politics and become a semi-religious icon. I appreciated how Lavellan has the option to respond to Harding's comment about the sad history of the Dales with a poignant "Never again shall we submit". There was also a wealth of new information we learn about lost Elven history through Inquisition and Trespasser, which made playing as a Dalish Elf even more impactful. Similarly playing as a Dalish mage made discovering about Inquisitor Ameridan and noticing the parallels between the previous and modern Inquisition far more amusing. As for the romance, Solavellan ended up being a fantastic romance arc throughout the game and into Trespasser. A romanced elven Inquisitor realising that Solas is Fen'harel carries so much more significance given how the Dalish have perceived him for centuries, as well as deepen the regret that both are forced to pick opposing sides going forward. What can I say, Varric isn't the only one who's a total sucker for bittersweet/tumultuous love stories.

I don't have "canon", but have three completed and some uncompleted game. They are similar, only some decisions are different.
Race: Elf/Human/Qunari Gender: Male Class: Mage (Arcane Warrior/Rift Mage/Mortalitasi/Knight Enchanter) Romance: Dorian/No one/Cassandra/The Iron Bull
Campaign Decisions: Inquisitor accepts the Herald of Andraste title. 1. this is a fancy and funny title to an elf/mage/qunari, 2. It is beneficial for maintaining morale. Declared, that Corypheus must die. Allied with mages. Celene rules/Briala controls Gaspard. Wardens allied (Stroud/Loghain left in the Fade). Performed the elven rituals. Inquisitor drank from the Well of Sorrows/Inquisitor drank from the Well of Sorrows/Morrigan drank from the Well of Sorrows Divine: Steeled Leliana/Cassandra/inspired Leliana Shared the truth about Ameridan. Saved the mines and stopped earthquakes from destroying the Deep Roads. Pledged to redeem Solas. Inquisition still works and helps Leliana to drown the dissatisfied idiots in blood maintain the peace./Inquisition still works. Inquisitor works close to Cassandra/Inquisition helps Leliana to maintain the peace.
Companions and Advisors: Friends with everyone except Vivienne and Sera/except Vivienne and Sera/except Vivienne Blackwall: moved back to his position in Inquisition. Iron-Bull: Saved the Chargers and declared Tal-Vashoth. Cassandra: Rebuilt the Seekers. Cole: Becomes more spirit/more spirit/more human. Dorian: Convinced him to speak with his father. Sera: Killed Lord Harmond and Inquisitor questioned Sera/Forced Lord Harmond to work for the Inquisition, Inquisitor questioned Sera/Forced Lord Harmond to work for the Inquisition, Inquisitor agreed with Sera. Solas: Saved his Spirit friend, stopped Solas from killing the mages. Varric: Helped Bianca. Vivienne: Refused to kill Snowy Wyvern for her, Inquisitor condemns Vivienne untrustworthy/Gave her the Snowy Wyvern Heart/Refused to kill Snowy Wyvern for her, Inquisitor condemns Vivienne untrustworthy. Cullen: Stopped to use Lyrium. Josephine: Helped the Du Paraquettes (diplomatic way). Leliana: Killed Natalie/Killed Natalie/ didn't kill Natalie.

Name: Eira Lavellan Race: Elf Class: Mage - Knight Enchanter Gender: Female Romanced Solas
I'm writing a long series of stories for her. She is a very studious, skeptical and stubborn woman, in her late to early 30s during her time as Inquisitor. Very unhappy with how the Dalish and City elves live. Would take this life over life as a Keeper any day. I really like the idea of this Inquisitor becoming well versed in different politics, Andrastianism, having actual power as an Elven mage, then just dropping it all when she felt she did her part. She got to find out a lot more of Thedas than she ever imagined she would, and learned things that completely go against what she was taught as a Dalish. Now she no longer feels tied down by a title, and can act through her own personal motives.
Story decisions:
She denied being the chosen of Andraste Allied with the Mages as she was much more concerned about them, particularly the younger mages. Celene rules Orlais, peace w/ Briala & Gaspard. I figured this Inquisitor didn't want to mess with Orlesian politics too much, only to fulfill her goal of not letting Celene die. Allied with the Wardens, Stroud left in the Fade. Clan Lavellan was not killed. Helped & respected the Sentinels and let Morrigan drink from the Well of Sorrows. Eira has a belief of not messing with ancient magic she doesn't understand, especially Elvhen, though it burned her pride a little to let Morrigan do so. Leliana became a radical, hardened Divine Victoria.
She revealed the truth about Ameridan, and became friends with the Avvar. The Inquisition was disbanded, and she gracefully thanked everyone for their hard work. Plans to help Solas from ruining Thedas and himself however she can, though she did ask to come with him at first (not so much because of love).
Helped Cassandra, and is now rebuilding the Seekers Let Solas remove her Vallaslin Is now a friend of Red Jenny w/ a much loved crossbow Saved the Chargers - Bull became Tal-Vashoth & stayed loyal Dorian talked to his father & remains in touch with Eira as a close friend of hers (no romance with Bull) Blackwall became a Warden Cole stayed a Spirit Helped Josephine & didn't go with Leliana's method Cullen didn't take the lyrium and overcame his addiction

I've really only ever played one character for my Inquisitor, and I've done about... 4 playthroughs? Generally, I don't create different PC's. From the get-go, I have an idea of what I want my player character to be or do or represent, and I pretty much stick to that.
Race: Human Gender: Male Class: Rogue (Assassin) Romance: Cassandra
Campaign Decisions:
- Inquisitor accepts the Herald of Andraste title for practical reasons (though he is a more agnostic person himself, leaning towards disbelief without being a full atheist.)
- Allied with Templars.
- Forced Orlesian rulers to work together. Celene rules, Gaspard has a position on the council, and Briala... who knows? The true power lies with the Inquisitor, at any rate.
- Wardens allied (Hawke left in the Fade, with Warden Stroud being the leader).
- Performed the elven rituals.
- Inquisitor drank from the Well of Sorrows.
- Divine: Steeled Leliana
- Shared the truth about Ameridan.
- Saved the mines and stopped earthquakes from destroying the Deep Roads.
- Pledged to redeem Solas.
- Inquisition scaled back but still functioning.
Companions and Advisors:
Friends with everyone except Sera
Blackwall: became a full-fledged Warden Iron-Bull: Remained Qunari and killed at the Darvaarad Cassandra: Romanced and rebuilt the Seekers Cole: Becomes more spirit Dorian: Convinced him to speak with his father. Sera: Forced Lord Harmond to work for Inquisition, and put Sera on notice that her antics would not be tolerated. Solas: Saved his Spirit friend, stopped Solas from killing the mages. Varric: Helped Bianca. Vivienne: Gave her the Snowy Wyvern Heart Josephine: Helped elevate the Du Paraquettes to nobility. Leliana: Killed Natalie Cullen: Inspired him to stop taking Lyrium.

Canon is a bit weird for me when it comes to who I'm bringing to DA4.. I expect Solas' story to end in DA4 and I expect that tears are the goal by the writers. So even though I'm not invested in the Solas romance, (as it is, I find it underwhelming) I am invested in the well written romantic tragedy to come that will make me sob little gamer tears. Due to the expectation that DA4 will resolve the Solavellan romance, I've decided for my Lavellan to be the Quiz I take into DA4. My Anise Lavellan was a 50 year old widow mother of two daughters when she met Solas. She is also "Fen'ashanan", Wolf Woman, or as I like to joke to my husband, Dalish Batman. A Dalish dreamer that metes out justice among her people, on behalf of her patron Goddess Mythall, she has been interfering in elven/human politics for over 30 years. She is an arcane warrior, using the power of wind to increase her speed and put power behind her blows. Just before going to the Conclave, she performed an act as Fen'ashanan that shook her to the core. She is tired, her heart and soul weary. Her choices, unknowing to her, becoming supported more and more by coldness and bitterness at the horrors that life has shown her. She is ambivalent about training her youngest to be the next Fen'ashanan. It must be done- but her daughter has a softer heart than she, and well... she worries. Initially, she and Solas observe each other with suspicion. But the attraction is there, and I imagine the Fade Dream sequence as rather different. Their love is a passion she's never felt. It burns, it's intense, it reinvigorates her life to a point that she wonders if she used to be just a living tool of mythal rather than an elf. She allies the mages- better life for mages means a better life for the Dalish. She puts Briala as the puppet of Gaspard. The opportunity gives her no small satisfaction. She drinks from the Well of Sorrows with no doubts. She has belonged to Mythal her entire life, lived the Goddess' tenets in a way that no one else has. The conversation in Trespasser where Lavellan accuses him of murdering people just to save his own- and he throws it back at her. "Wouldn't you?" And it's like a slap. Because she has. For over 30 years. She disbands the Inquisition- too much baggage when she needs to travel light. She knows that to stop Solas requires his destruction. His destruction means her own. To kill Solas is to kill herself. I can imagine her sliding the blade into his heart and walking into the Fade unprotected with his body. Cradling it as they both melt away.
that all said, if DA4 disappoints me on the Solas front, I'm totally taking the daughter of Anise Lavellan, who totally marries Cullen, as my DA4 playthrough 2 Inquisitor.

I kind of "work backwards" to decide my canon, in some cases, if it helps the story flow better (for example, I dumped my City Elf Warden canon because she romanced Leliana and I have a hard time wrapping my head around how that fits in the DAI timeline). Granted, this might still mean one retroactively gets canonized after I actually play DA4, but once we start getting real details about the game, I think I'll probably already be able to guess a few things. For now, my "preferred" canon Inquisitor that without any other info, I'm planning to carry over:
Name: Maxwell Trevelyan Class: Rogue Archer Artificer Romance: Josephine
Campaign Decisions: -Accepted "Herald" title -Conscripted the Mages -Declared Inquisition for order -Sacrificed Stroud, Kept the Wardens in Orlais -Temporary peace treaty between the three Orlesian powers -Allied with the Sentinels, let Morrigan drink from the Well -Recruited as many prisoners as possible -Revealed the truth of Ameridan -Formally disbanded the Inquisition -Wants to redeem Solas
Companion Decisions: -Cassandra did not rebuild the Seekers -Joined Sera as a Red Jenny (I'm presently headcanoning him as the "Jenny" of Antiva City while he stays with Josie) -Vivienne is Divine -Blackwall became a real Warden -Iron Bull left the Qun -Iron Bull and Dorian are romantically involved -Dorian reconciled with his father -Cole returned to his Spirit roots -Cullen broke his addiction -Leliana is all murdery -Josephine's affairs were solved diplomatically
Conceptually, he was built as the closest I've ever done to a self-insert, wanting to build the Inquisition to the most powerful it could be, out of character, because that's what I wanted to have going forward, and in character because he believed it could be a force for great good, then had to watch his ideals come kinda crashing down in Trespasser, just as I had to watch the "Inquisition" that I thought was the hero I was building get "killed", all that work undone. However, if this ends up not transferring over very well, then I have a Solas-romancing Elf (if that ends up playing more of a role in the story than I'm expecting/hoping) or a Sera-romancing Qunari (a more free spirit, if the Inquisition has practically no presence at all) stowed away as backup.

Name: Riya Lavellan Race: Mage (Rift Mage) Romance: Iron Bull Campaign Decisions: Didn't accept Herald title Allied mages Declared Inquisition to help the people (I think it was the order option) Sacrificed Loghain, Wardens stayed in Orlais Briala and Celene rule together, Gaspard was executed for treason Allied with the sentinels, drank from the Well (and was proud owner of a dragon for a short while ) Didn't finish JoH and Trespasser with her yet, but she will probably keep the inquisition and might give Solas a chance (will take the option, where he challenges her to proof him wrong - that is, what she intends to do) Companions Decisions: Cass did rebuild the seekers Dorian made peace with his father Baked cookies with Sera The Chargers are saved and Bull is Tal Vashoth Blackwall became a grey warden Cole became more human Cullen stopped taking lyrium Leliana was softened Josies problem was solved diplomatically Cassandra became Divine Did meet Bianca with Varric and sealed the entrance Vivienne did get the snow wyvern heart Riya is one of my favorite alltime characters and I just like to see her story continued in DA4. But I'm pretty sure, I will play it several times (like all teh other DA games) and I will use different inquis (I used at least 4 different Hawkes and wardens so far in DAI). My second favorites are tie ins between my human mage Inara (different decisions: romances Cullen, made peace between Celene, Briala and Gaspard, will probably make Leliana Divine and will not be so forgiving to Solas) and my dwarven rogue Lia (working on romancing Sera, conscripted templars, will probably make Vivienne Divine)

My current dwarf rogue playthrough is probably going to be my canon one. Didn't really put much lore consideration into the race and class. My choices have been pretty similar to the OPs so far, the only differences being I recruited the templars as allies, saved Celene's life (and reconciled her with Briala) and I haven't yet decided whether I'm going to disband the Inquisition or not.

Can't decide. Definitely gonna be a playthrough with a romanced Sera, Pope Leliana, Tal-Vashoth Bull, disbanded Inquisition... but the other details are fuzzier and will depend on what's in store for DA4.

Given that I have several world states in the keep, I don't feel like I have a One True Inquisitor. It's a guarantee that I'll be bringing several forward. That said, I have two favorites. Danae Lavellan Class: Mage (Knight-Enchanter) Romance: Cullen
The Wrath of Heaven: Fully cooperated with Cassandra. She chose the mountain path, hoping to find the lost squad of soldiers. Denied being chosen by Andraste.
In Hushed Whispers: Formed an alliance with the mages.
In Your Heart Shall Burn: Managed to help Harritt and rescued all the townspeople. Her conversation with Mother Giselle confirms her non-belief, at least until she learns of Ameridan and begins to emulate him.
'I will lead us against Corypheus and I will be an ambassador. I'm an elf standing for Thedas. The Inquisition is for all.'
Here Lies the Abyss: Recruited Jana. Cleared all the siege points at the battlements, had Hawke protect the troops and thus stay behind to hold the battlements. Convinced some of the Grey Wardens not to fight. Completed all five riddles in the Fears of the Dreamers quest. Decided that Stroud would be the one to remain in the Fade, and had the Wardens join the Inquisition.
Wicked Eyes and Wicked Hearts: She had Florianne arrested at the conclusion, sparing everyone further bloodshed. Celene and Briala were reunited. Gaspard was executed. What Pride Had Wrought: All the temple rituals were performed and an alliance with Abelas was accepted. Morrigan drank from the Well of Sorrows. (Danae came close to drinking it herself, but Morrigan persuaded her out of it by reminding her that as Inquisitor, she couldn't afford to take that risk.)
The Final Piece: Flemeth encounter happens in the Fade, and Danae responded positively/politely to her.
Leliana was supported as Divine.
Inner Circle (Only listing those with any real decision to be made, though it can be assumed she has completed all others.)
Promise of Destruction: Encouraged Cassandra to rebuild the Seekers.
All New, Faded for Her: Freed the spirit, got Solas to stand down and not murder the mages responsible for the binding.
The Verchiel March: Harmond was made to work for the Inquisition, though Danae supported Sera back at Skyhold.
Revelations: Ordered the advisors to find a way to release Blackwall, decided on Josephine's method (a special dispensation from the Orlesian throne), allowing Blackwall to be transferred to Inquisition custody. Her Skyhold judgment was to free Blackwall to atone for his crime.
Demands of the Qun: Told Iron Bull to order his men to retreat, betraying the Ben-Hassrath and making him Tal-Vashoth, but saving the Chargers.
The Forgotten Boy: Told Cole to give the suffering man a chance, and then recruited him.
Subjected to His Will: Allowed Varric to help Cole work through his anger, becoming more human as a result.
Last Resort of Good Men: She told Dorian about the letter, and encouraged him to speak with his father in Redcliffe.
Of Somewhat Fallen Fortune: Spared the assassin in Val Royeaux. She agreed to Josephine's request to help restore the Du Paraquettes as nobles in order to annul the contract with the House of Repose.
Perseverance: She encouraged Cullen to keep fighting his addiction, turning him back toward recovery.
Before the Dawn: (Raided the quarry/reclaimed Emprise du Lion beforehand.) Completed, used Dagna's rune to destroy Samson's armor in the Arbor Wilds. Insisted on Maddox being given a funeral.
The Left Hand of the Divine: She was able to convince Leliana not to kill Sister Natalie.
Bring Me the Heart of Snow White: Brought Vivienne the specific wyvern heart requested.
Jaws of Hakkon Discovered and met Ameridan The dragon was slain Earned a legend-mark from the Avvar Shared the truth
Trespasser Married Cullen, with Dalish vows. Joined the Friends of Red Jenny. Freed the dragon. Vowed to redeem Solas, if at all possible. Disbands the Inquisition.
Due to completing Contact Clan Lavellan using Josephine, Protect Clan Lavellan and the subsequent mission chain came into play after reaching Skyhold. Matters were resolved in Protect Clan Lavellan and Wycome, and Clan Lavellan was saved. All companion-related missions (such as Red Jenny stuff, Hard in Hightown) completed.
Skyhold judgments
Was largely merciful in her judgments, Erimond and his execution being the exception.
Inquistion focus: Connections
Its web of influence is felt in every hall. Through diplomacy and the trading of favors, it has gathered the power to shake kingdoms.
Korrin Adaar Class: Mage (Rift Mage) Romance: Josephine
The Wrath of Heaven: She chose to charge with the soldiers, believing there was no time for anything else. Denied being chosen by Andraste.
In Hushed Whispers: She chose to form an alliance with the mages.
In Your Heart Shall Burn: Managed to help Harritt and rescued all the townspeople. She also confirmed her belief in a conversation with Mother Giselle, though expressed disappointment in its extremes. ("Fanatical belief is to blame.")
"With fear running rampant, they need to see a mage standing for what is right."
Here Lies the Abyss: Recruited Jana as an agent, Stroud was the Grey Warden contact. Cleared all the siege points at the battlements, had Hawke join the party to help them cut a path to Clarel. Convinced some of the Grey Wardens not to fight. Decided that Hawke would be the one to remain in the Fade, and had the Wardens join the Inquisition.
Wicked Eyes and Wicked Hearts: Fought and killed Florianne at the conclusion. Celene was supported and saved, reunited with Briala. (Alt. Allowed Celene to be assassinated, Gaspard rules with Briala pulling the strings.)
What Pride Had Wrought: Did not do the rituals at the temple. Morrigan drank from the Well of Sorrows. (Korrin would have destroyed it, but was persuaded out of doing so.)
The Final Piece: Flemeth encounter happens in the Fade.
Leliana was supported as Divine.
Promise of Destruction: Left the fate of the Seekers up to Cassandra.
All New, Faded for Her: Freed the spirit, allowed Solas to kill the mages responsible for the binding.
The Verchiel March: Allowed Sera to kill Lord Harmond, supported her back at Skyhold.
Revelations: Ordered the advisors to find a way to release Blackwall, went with Josephine's method (a special dispensation from the Orlesian throne), allowing Blackwall to be transferred to Inquisition custody. Her Skyhold judgment was to give him over to the Grey Wardens after the defeat of Corypheus.
Demands of the Qun: Told Iron Bull to order his men to retreat, betraying the Ben-Hassrath and making him Tal-Vashoth, but saving the Chargers.
The Forgotten Boy: Allowed Cole to end the wounded's suffering, and then recruited him.
Subjected to His Will: Allowed Varric to help Cole work through his anger, becoming more human as a result.
Last Resort of Good Men: She told Dorian about the letter, did not encourage him to reconcile with his father.
Bring Me the Heart of Snow White: Brought Vivienne the specific wyvern heart requested.
Of Somewhat Fallen Fortune: The assassin in Val Royeaux is spared (only because she feared Josephine getting hurt in the fallout). She sent Leliana's agents to the House of Repose to destroy the original contract against Josephine's family.
Perseverance: She encouraged Cullen to keep fighting his addiction, turning him back toward recovery.
Before the Dawn:(Raided the quarry/reclaimed Emprise du Lion beforehand.) Completed, used Dagna's rune to destroy Samson's armor in the Arbor Wilds. Insisted on Maddox being given a funeral.
The Left Hand of the Divine: Leliana was steeled. (Korrin couldn't stop her from killing Sister Natalie.)
Skyhold judgments
Was more of a recruiting judge, putting people to use.
Trespasser Joined the Friends of Red Jenny Vowed to stop Solas, even if it means killing him Saved the dragon Keeps the Inquisition as Divine Victoria's personal guard/peacekeeping force.
Inquisition focus: Forces
Its military might has grown, now rivaling that of kingdoms. Fear of the Inquisition's army has become the true source of its power.

With Josephine romance Desicions: Ally with mages Celene and Briala rule Orlais Wardens rebuilt (Loghain left in the Fade) Morrigan drank from the Well of Sorrows Softened Leliana with Warden romance as Divine Disbanded the Inquisition at the end. Companions:Blackwall: Grey Warden Cassandra: Rebuilt Seekers Cullen: Overcame lyrium addiction Dorian: Reconsiled with his father, in a romance with The Iron Bull The Iron Bull: Saved Chargers Jesphine: Josie dealt with assassins Sera: Encouraged her to kill the noble Solas: Freed his friend Lelina: Inspired Vivienne: Gave the heart of Snowy Wyvern Varric: Helped find Red Lyrium leak This is my exact "ideal" world state except Stroud was left in the Fade since Loghain died killing the Archdemon. But I always have at least 2 canon worldstates I play all DA games with.

I'm a very indecisive person so I can't have "THE" canon WS sometimes it is Josie romance sometimes it's Cass, or if I suddenly decide to take fem!IQ it's Cullen romance. But one thing is for certain that the game feels empty if I don't have Loghain as Warden Ally

My canon Inquisitor
Name: Serana Lavellan Class: Mage, Knight Enchanter Romanced Solas Cunning, firm and pragmatic. Only ever showed any vulnerability to Solas (she is kind of similar to him in that regard).
Decisions:
Denied being chosen by Andraste Recruited the mages Public truce between Orlesian douches Recruited the wardens (I kind of go back and fourth in this decision) Loghain dies in the fade Lavellan drinks from the well of sorrows Hardened Leliana is Divine
Dorian tries to talk with his father Charges were saved (mostly because a dalish mage would never want to be allied with qunari to begin with) Helped Vivienne the honest way Blackwall is a free man Helped Varric with Bianca Saved Solas spirit friend Cassandra rebuilds the seekers Cole is human Sera got kicked out after the well of sorrows questline Cullen drops lyrium Josephine assassination contract is destroyed
Judgments: Inquisitor was a recruiter type
Inquisition was disbanded Choose the path of redemption for Solas

I managed to make the best possible world-state. Then again some of these decisions could have negative consequences in the next game.
Human Mage Romanced Josephine - let Leliana deal with the assassins for the better epilogue slide.
Believer in the Chantry and Andrestian - so he accepted being the Chosen of Andraste - Inquisition Founded on Faith.
Recruited the Mages.
Biala and Celene rule together, Gaspard was executed.
Recruited the Wardens - Left Stroud in the Fade to "pay" for their mistakes - War Table missions were successful so they were not wiped out.
Morrigan drinks from the Well.
Softened Lelianna is Divine. Cassandra rebuilt the Seekers. Cullen cured of addiction. Blackwall made a real Warden. Cole is more human. Sera is buddies with Inquisitor. Vivienne is on friendliest possible terms with Inquisitor even though they disagreed on many politics. Iron Bull is Tal'Vashoth with the Chargers saved. Varric is a buddy and got a mostly happy ending. Dorian reconciled with his dad - good friend with Inquisitor.
The Inquisition was known for it's diplomacy The Inquisitor was a redemptive judge.
The Inquisition was disbanded. And the Inquisitor swore to redeem Solas.

I've two canon Inquisitors, one male and one female to reflect different options to carry through to the next game.
My favourite Inquisitor is my male Lavellan. He is an archer assassin in a romance with Dorian, which is ironic really since at first he didn't trust him at all because he was from Tevinter. As a result he opted to go to the Templars for help after visiting Redcliffe because of all the weird stuff that seemed to be going on there. Then he disbanded their organisation as they seemed to have no hierarchy of control that he was willing to trust and to be honest he was in favour of mages being free to govern themselves, just not the rebels in Redcliffe who appeared to have sold out to Tevinter. Then ultimately he got Leliana (softened) as Divine, so best of both worlds really - no more Circles and Fiona no longer in charge of the College of Enchanters. He gave the Grey Wardens a second chance as part of his organisation because they did stand down when asked and the majority were not responsible for their leader's idiocy. He let Morrigan drink from the Well because he figured out the bit about the geas and both Dorian and Solas didn't seem keen on the idea of drinking themselves, plus Dorian asked him not to, which thankfully tipped the balance against doing so. He put Briala in charge of Orlais with Gaspard as her puppet but is not sure how long that will last now he has disbanded the Inquisition. He vowed initially to hunt down Solas at all costs but now wonders if he was being a bit hasty but he did feel badly betrayed by his former friend at the time even if Solas did save his life. He saved Blackwall (made a Warden), best friends with Sera, saved Chargers, friends with Varric - Hawke saved, Cole is more human. Got on well with Vivienne despite his views - still not sure how he achieved this. Cassandra rebuilding Seekers and Cullen cured of addiction. Josephine family business restored by going with Leliana's idea. Accepted the role of Inquisitor on behalf of all elves. Consistently denied being the Herald of Andraste. Has the vallaslin of Mythal. He is still unsure what to believe about the gods but feels that there is far more to it than he has learned thus far. He would not have had the vallaslin removed even if Solas had given him the option because so far as he is concerned the Dalish have transformed their meaning from slave markings to the "sign of the elves who would not submit" or "free elves" - nice irony that.
Female Lavellan mage (knight enchanter) romancing Solas (nuff said). Keeping this as alternative "canon" run through because it was my first and also because of the variance in options that are likely to come from it. She took the gamble on trusting Dorian and it paid off - he is now her BFF (would have romanced him if not gay) - allied with the mages. She banished the Grey Wardens although she never intended for it to be permanent. Celene and Briala ruled together. She didn't drink from the Well because Solas was so reluctant to do so, whom she regarded as much more knowledgeable than herself, and also Cole advised against it and he knows a few things about spirits. She saved the Blackwall (not a Warden) Chargers and Hawke. However, she never really got on with Vivienne (although she did get her the heart as requested) and never got on with Sera. Cullen was cured of addiction, Cassandra rebuilt the Seekers and Cole was made more Spirit. She voted for Cassandra to be Divine because stabbity (hardened) Leliana scared her and then she put the Inquisition under Cassandra's control, because by that point she was such an emotional wreck she didn't trust herself to make a good decision over disbanding it. Besides it was Cassandra and Leliana's organisation to begin with. She also accepted role of Inquisitor on behalf of all elves. Naturally she still holds out hope that Solas can be saved from himself. She had the vallaslin of Sylaise (but allowed Solas to removed them) and is called Atisha (not her real name as she was originally a city elf who fled to the Dalish to escape the Circles) which reflected her devotion to the Vir Atishan (Way of Peace). She is still trying to come to terms with the revelations about the gods.
