I find the game more aggravating than boring. When lag/P2P nonsense makes navigating the map a tedious PITA it brings me to the brink of berserker rage. It should not chap my ass to hurdle low cover or grab a ledge to get to a teammate for a revive. Does anyone else feel like simple movement in this game is not so simple? Sometimes it's a real chore just to dodge all the cluttered alleys and chokepoints, and that's before you toss in breachers and adhis that block batter than the average NFL pro-bowl linemen.
I like a challenge when playing Mass Effect, but that challenge should come from completing objectives and dodging enemy fire. When the "netcode" makes me hurdle a wall 3 times in rapid succession or Omega-13's my ass to the lower level I just jetpacked it makes my agent orange act up. #triggered

I wanted to put that in, but I sort of see an equivalency with the APEX mission settings with all those odd curve-balls you get there, like no ammo or 15% less Shield/Health & they are potentially more variable b/c they all can be cycled on the same map vs only one hazard applied to one map in ME3MP to shake up the game a little. If you think the absence of the dynamic visual component of the hazards makes maps less interesting, I dunno, I kindda find Remnant/Aqua/Paradox/Vertigo to be more atmospheric than the acid rain versions of the Trailer Park map?

Have to disagree. I thought Ghost Hazard was beautiful. Also with the exception of Condor, London, Reactor and maybe a couple others, overall I thought ME3 maps were pretty pleasing aesthetically, even if the textures and meshes were a bit lower res than what we have in MEA. The crazy sunset lighting and stuff can actually make things look uglier (Icebreaker's the ugliest map imo, but one of the prettiest when it's daytime). I'm not always keen on cutting edge rendering tech.

By the same token, icebreaker and Sandstorm are not my thing in Andromeda. (shrug) obviously, the more, more different and more visually unusual is better, no argument there & were it comes to variety ME3MP rules. Honestly, I think if they putthe sync back, and thus taken away my ability to pug Gold in Andromeda, I'd be in the ME3MP nostalgic corner myself.

Why don't you go viper some videos then? j/k What makes the game boring is lack of maps imo, but we're getting 2 permanent ones at the end of this month, so I'm looking forward to that. Also hoping that they make Roekarr a fully fledged faction or add whatever enemies there are to add if we get a Quarian DLC. But Roekarr faction does feel boring though, they are just outlaws with a different name.

yes, it's boring it's only shooting and running the problem is, that it's not cooperative as ME3MP is, This Multiplayer in Andromeda is not COOPerative! there are only players/characters running and shooting, like an idiotic generic "shoot 'em up" where is cooperation!? in ME3MP we had lots of skills and powers to share, and interact and cooperate with teammates, like the map hack/ reveal enemies behind walls, the juggernaut shield, the N7 engineer's backpack-turrent to recharge shields or deploy ammo, the recharging shield volus, the N7 sentinel's shield the geth engineer's turret to attack enemies or recharge shields, the quarian turret, the asari justicar's biotic bubble, etc, all of them useful to protect fallen teammates until revive or protect teammates when activating/deactivating devices, where is all of that or similar in MEAMP!? in ME3MP, anything could happen, the game is totally unpredictable, and we can take cover and attack from cover, cover players from far away, send them a turrent togive cover fire or to recharge the shields reveal enemies to everyone, use tech shield to pretect when somene is de/activating devices, put a wall to protect the group from incoming enemies, etc and create lots of combinations, biotics explosions, tech explosions, all the time, i was easier to work together use shield or turrets to cover the one who is reviving a fallen character, etc now in MEAMP there is less cover, or cover is just useless, everyone is running around across the whole map, shooting it seems that its harder to cooperate everyone is concentrated in runnning and shootg, less power combos, etc i started a thread about this months ago bsn.boards.net/thread/5202/where-cooperationYes. I do think combo detonation is actually easy in MEA, the real problem is the jet pack and enemy movement. By all means, jetpack is a nice touch to movement. But then now people just run and gun more instead of holding the line and look for tactical positions like in ME3. Especially when a player has a really nice weapon and armor then they just go solo and run around. Worse, they also screw up spawning points by doing that and enemies will spawn behind you sometimes bc all of your team are scattered around. Our ability to stun enemies using only our weapons are very limited in this game, as if a lot of the guns feel like BB guns. Also, the lack of biotic bubble and stasis made team play non-existence. I do like the idea of the reinvent hack, Bioware try to force players to actually work together to get it through. But for me, this game is ruined when our weapons are bad and enemy movements make this cover based system like a joke. Literally you have to run in this game, it is so hard to hold down the line.

Before 1.09 i was ready to quit. After 1.09 and platinum i was happy for a short time. But now after a month i am again ready to quit this game. I find myself not even log into apex hq and do the daily strike teams missions. Few weeks ago at least i did 1 gold match daily, now i dont play one or two games in a week. This game has no depth, no longetivity. Characters and guns are very redundant. Still no saber, still no harrier, still no Claymore. No fun characters like the Slayer or the Fury. I am ready to downgrade my pc again and sell all my fancy stuff i bought to be able to run andromeda.
