I honestly think there isn`t much camping left in this game.

Platinum is too hard to camp.. and gold is too easy to camp...

But your avatar and screen name indicate otherwise.

Not going to fall for this again. Why I'm taking precautions against Andromeda.

What a massive disappointment.

I think camping with Isharay/Shadow (or Vanquisher when it was good) is probably the only way to have enough patience to play this game for long periods.

The top 10 on psn has been mostly average in skill since the game started. A few have been extremely good but most just play a lot and are meh. I play with at least 6 of them here and there. Darxtryder has definitely gotten much much better and is a very solid player now. He was able to solo a  platinum but he needs to open up his repertoire and stop being too reliant on a few OP classes in platinum... Sparkman is definitely tier one. He'll play anything in platinum and can camp or move around. Belgarath is okay but a straight camper...likes to have a controlled game and not use many consumnables. IVVI is a glitcher that quit.  DonNiceguy uses a barricade virtually every game and puts out low DPS (as expected from a barricade class). Mergim has gotten better and is okay now but we've carried him almost since the game came out and he can really only play the Operator in platinum. Killabkilledb is the worst scrub of them all... These guys also use the same 5-6 classes over and over again on platinum...operator, angara, batarian, barricade with a small amount of diversity.

If you've got 40K apex and can't/won't ever play a human vanguard on platinum...your'e just meh. If you're in a full party of 40K apexes and you aren't regularly tanking hacks, but instead you're letting the angara do it, you are meh. But in all fairness... camping in platinum allows team synergy and to funnel enemies for easy 15 minute 125K games....people are just farming...the grind is brutal.

Oh and oldscool and mergim (#2 and #3) hate each other and according to the leaderboards, looked like they were having a $$$ war to get to first.

If you're mostly pugging, I can absolutely relate to your frustration. All I've ever seen Pugs do in Andromeda is camp the back of zero with snipers, regardless of difficulty setting. Made me stop pugging completely after a week or so.
Now I only play if someone from my friends list is online. ME:AMP is still a blast to play with friends, but with random people it is just not fun at all.

To be fair, I didn't pug as much in ME3MP either - got tired of Silver and Gold pugs running around with their Reegar Heavy Melee Juggernauts, Reegar AIUs, Harrier Ghosts, Reegar Kroguards or Javelin/BW Geth Infiltrators.

Yep, been done for a few weeks now, not because I find it bad just moving on. Enjoyed my time, still have a campaign run through in progress, so I'll be finishing that. Still holding out the desperate hope of some SP DLC.
