While I like to shitpost about "facts end when my feelings begin" SJWs, most people don't truly care for facts over feels. Especially now when information is so close at hand, facts are filtered in a way that helps to confirm a worldview, and people only examine things if enough facts directly contradict it. It's just that there are some groups of people and ideologies that encourage ignoring reality altogether to maintain a worldview. Another opinion. The schism between liberals and conservatives isn't really all that big. On issues of social policy, yes there are strong differences for the individual (mostly women). But the fundamental view of the ideal society is similar. Just disagreements in the particulars. Due to the way social attitudes loosen over time, today's liberals are tomorrow's conservatives if one's views stay the same. The people who identify as one of these labels and attack the other as the big ideological enemy are small minded.

I dont see whats so great about the Bourne movies... I find them super confusing and I have no idea whats going on half of the time... Also im not a big fan of fps games (from the ones ive tried anyway)... I find it hard to see things when im playing and Borderlands 2 makes me feel ill for whatever reason I also wish companies would stop putting touch screens in laptops and stop making them small... I have no intentions of ever owning a laptop but it irritates me... where do you put your discs??? Why get a touch screen which is more of a gimmick than anything else and double the price tag when you could get a much better machine for the same price??? They just seem impractical to me... im happy with my desktop thank you! I actually get excited this time of year when everything starts getting to Christmas... I know lots of people hate it but I really enjoy it I love Christmas songs and I love everything about Christmas and it makes me excited when all the decorations start happening

Yeah, the incessant whining about these (as far as I can tell meaningless) acronyms is especially rampant in the gamer community. Don't think I've ever actually run into anyone I'd describe as a a legit tumblrina SJW on here, but people whining about SJW and PC related conspiracy theories are a goddamn plague. "Conspiracy" would imply a degree of secrecy, no? The problem with this shit is it seems to be too in your face these days. Heh I never experienced anything like that ever online or irl. However the anti-PC crowd is loud online from my experiences, and annoying when they keep bringing it up during irrelevant discussions. Maybe I am browsing different websites/forums then you do. Like I said before I have no strong feelings for either side (you can say moderate I guess). However my tolerance for complaining/whining about anything is very low.

"Conspiracy" would imply a degree of secrecy, no? The problem with this shit is it seems to be too in your face these days. a conspiracy doesn't need to be secretive, some of the most effect are the ones everybody knows are blatantly happening but it seems regulators cannot find proof... like price fixing by utility suppliers so there all the same overall price just each of them charges a different figure on the standing charge or the tariff price or provides a different discount for certain ways of paying or billing etc, they all end up at the same overall price and thus are all getting the same amount of profit share and its blatantly obvious that there all conspiring to rig the market in the exact same way over "generation and supply costs" in the UK that stuff was going on for nearly 20 years before a whistle blower info dumped straight to the regulator and the fraud office, and even then it was almost disregarded as the source material was of a dubious nature for criminal purposes...... shops do similar things with the basket of goods, each shop charges a different price on the various items so you end up paying the same overall price regardless of which one you shop in... but so far none of them have been done for much because again they don't have the strategy meeting notes to hammer them with..... there are likely plenty of other open conspiracies out there as well, at least when turpin and co used to fleece people they had the common decency to wave a gun around and wear a mask, most crooks today weasel around in suits and rob you from video conferences having engaged in conspiratorial efforts with so called competitors ..... and instead of any investigative journalism we have shit for brains SJW's bumping gums about how we should all feel white guilt or what some puffed up preening nobody was wearing to attend some bash most of us never heard of nor cared it was happening .... so that could be another conspiracy, one to divert attention and ensure the status quo of the average joe getting fleeced on all sides without ever having a clue it was happening .....

I don't like Drake, Justin Bieber brat, Kanye and whatever new so called hipster music is out there now. Kanye might be a dumbass but to be fair, he does have a couple or so good beats. Here is a popular opinion (well maybe not so much an opinion as a fact many people don't know): Kanye is actually super smart. And he's actually a cool dude. He's pretty nerdy, he loves videogames, anime and nerd/geek culture. He knows more about politics than people give him credit for. Same goes for his musical talent. People think he's a hack, but there's actually quite a bit of thought and skill that goes into his beats and melodies, which he creates himself. The reason why people think Kanye is an idiot is because he has poor social skills, he takes everything too seriously and well, because people usually don't form their own opinions, they just base their opinion on which opinion is perceived as "cool". It's cool to hate on Kanye, it's cool to think he's a dumbass, so that's the opinion that most people will have.

As mentioned before I find people whine/complain too much with dramatic flair online. Example: people whining and complaining like children about political correctness. So much drama over such a trivial issue that I am neutral towards. I think my brother has turned into a SJW. It's annoying as fuck because god forbid I can't even quote something from South Park without him getting all pissy pants. The other day I was binge watching It's Always Sunny on hulu and I watched the episode "Dee Dates a Retard" and I go to the kitchen where he was making food. I tried to tell him about the episode and as soon as I mentioned the title he gets triggered. "Don't say retard" he says to me in an angry tone. I tell him that's what the episode is called and then I tried to continue what I was originally trying to say. But, he interrupts again saying, "You still shouldn't say it. You should say something else because it's offensive." So I said never mind and called him a retard and walked away. It was actually very hypocritical of him to tell me not to say 'retard' because about a week ago he quoted a line from Stella that contained the word retard so I have no idea what is wrong with him. He always tries to tell other people that I say horrible things all the time like it's part of my daily vocabulary use and it isn't true. I only end up saying "offensive" shit to him because I know it triggers him and I like to watch him squirm. I also never say stuff outside the house and it's always tongue in cheek humor. Whatever, being super PC must really suck for some people.

Agreed about the music, some of his beats are well done and he has great soulful stuff too. Now as for the super smart bit, true enough I know only what I've heard of him from the media but what I have heard was mostly silly drivel that hardly paints him in a "smart" light. Being nerdy and loving video games, anime and geek culture hardly makes someone smart. And the statement "he knows more about politics than people give him credit for" doesn't really say much other than highlighting his perceived ignorance which really doesn't help anyone. Maybe it is after all due to his poor social skills or whatever but that's not much of an excuse is it?

It is my personal opinion that people have a deep rooted desire for something to fight. Or a lot of people do. With most of the major enemies defeated, the only thing left is the other party. Of course we do. Several major political ideologies in fact cater to that very want. Being within a political spectrum you shun and disavow or open war, people want to think they are better then others, want to believe that their society is the purest, most beautiful expression of the human race. America has lost its old enemy, and now has to work against a new one but due to the recent softening of positions on outright hatred of other societies in past decades, that actual position is unfavorable. For example outright disgust and strong feelings against Islam are labeled by the majority of political platforms in the West as hate mongering and while that is true to a degree it doesn't change that the position exists. With the growing trend of distancing oneself from concepts of Nationalism and embracing of Globalist principles in tandem with the emerging political climate and in turn you reach a place like where we exist now. Where you have one group claiming the other is too extreme and the former claiming that their opponents are too soft, both have points and validation to claims, and both attract followings from the populace. I'd hesitate to call one school of thought on it as entirely wrong either way but I will state I have firm preference in one camp over the other.

I dislike when people wear baseball caps with flat brims and team paraphernalia without actually liking the team or knowing what it means. It's a pet peeve when people wear them as a fashion accessory.
You aren't a Dodgers fan, you can't name 3 famous Dodgers, don't wear the hat. Jackie Robinson and Don Drysdale are rolling in their graves because of you, and Sandy Koufax gives his disapproval in the way only an elderly Jewish man can. I had an experience with a gentleman from Australia wearing an LA cap and didn't know what it stood for, who the team was, or even what sport it was.
What's sad is the guy was one of the those types that thinks American sports are boring.

I dont like Family Guy and im not a lover of South Park either... ive seen both before though but theyre not really my thing That being said, I have to respect South Park... kinda the same respect I have for strippers. Like "you have some serious balls" kind of respect... although I guess the balls thing depends on your taste in strippers The same respect that I have for people who go parachuting and skydiving... doing super scary things id never do like jumping out of a plane or stripping in public or going back to south park just being so blatantly well (because words arent enough). I in no way like the show really (give me a Disney movie over South Park any day), but I kinda have to respect the whole idea of it Yes I did just use skydivers strippers and south park in the same analogy So to sum up: I dont like Family Guy or South Park. But I respect strippers... im fairly sure theres a point in here somewhere. Either way its about guts
