The unpopular opinions thread.

My best friend and I ate soap in summer camp hoping we'd get sick enough to go home. We were ten years old. We called our parents every day begging to come get us. They laughed and thought we were being so cute being homesick and all, of course.

Be we were serious. Very serious.

Yes, we hated it that much. In fact, we were terrified of our roommate who thought Superman was real and had a picture of him under her pillow we weren't allowed to touch. We found out when we did and she freaked out. This is a true story. The girl was mentally ill. And much bigger than us.

The soap worked on my friend, she had high fever the next day. But I was fine and had to stay two more days (which for a child was forever of course) by myself with the scary delusional girl. I will never forget the moment my friend's mom came to pick her up and my friend looked at me with guilt and pity. And then they drove away and I stood there wanting to cry.

Pizza is overrated.

It was one of my first PC games

I think it's a decent game.

I was a veggie for 12 years and even now that I do eat meat again, it is at absolute most once a week and is usually chicken. Anything more any my guts really don't like me, I don't know how the meat every day people manage it. I'm guessing cast iron intestines.


While on the subject of unpopular food opinion - Tofu is horrible, yes I know how to cook it, but I am not putting that shit in my mouth. My partner on the other hand loves it. He is weirdo and can't be trusted.

I could never give up meat, eel sushi and chalupas are too divine not to enjoy.
