How anticlimactic. It's the ME3 ending all over again.

I guess the same could be said about butterscotch hard candies. The people who like them and continue to make them are not unlike the Nazis, who did terrible things but held fast to the belief that it all had to be done. I did nazi that coming! But you're right pointing out how ridiculous this all is. I call it Nazissism. Anyways, yours is a sweet post to bow out. Too much smug delusion around here. Later! Trolls, and then promptly dips out. Mods?

In terms of Constructive Criticism on Andromeda, a really good one to look about would be Totalbiscuit's "WTF is... Mass Effect: Andromeda (Singleplayer)" Keep in mind the video is quite long and very in depth, but it does a great job highlighting the strengths and weaknesses of the game.

Mako has a cannon, it's much better than the Nomad. The cannon sucks. Everything you kill with it delivers less XP. You're better off jumping out of the vehicle and killing things with your squad. Because, when I am on a mission to stop an existential threat to the Universe, I am concerned about MUH XP! I'm better off playing how I want to. Your game too, have fun.

Exploration isn't just about going new places and seeing new things. There's another aspect (definition) of the concept of exploration the game invites us to explore (word choice intentional). thorough analysis of a subject or theme. "an exploration of the religious dimensions of our lives" synonyms: investigation, study, survey, research, inspection, examination, scrutiny, observation; consideration, analysis, review "the exploration of space"So they created this Pathfinder role to investigate what went wrong in the cluster and try to find some way to make it habitable. They did have essential sensor information about these worlds before they set boots on the ground. How you defined 'exploration' is not what people generally associated with scif-fi space themed genere, or what how the game was marketed by BioWare. Even by that standard, there were not any actually investigation of what went wrong in the cluster, no one bothered to look into the why's or how's of space storms, the sphere or the vaults, except maybe by some npc off camera. Game wasn't about unwinding some ancient mystery, and if it did maybe it would have been more interesting. No, I take the marketing at its word that the game is about exploring space and building settlement. Neither of which were particular suited to shooter games with heavy story elements.

Long, eh? Video is so damn inefficient for conveying ideas. His videos tend to be pretty long, but it's more of an in depth look at his first impressions on the game. Agreed to this. But sadly some people here would watch it more if it's titled "It's the best thing ever!". He provides good points about the solid and mediocre parts of the game. Worth the time for some very good criticism.

You're reverse Suidoken in some ways, at least that guy isn't angry nor illogical the entire time.

If you seriously believe that someone needs mental help because they disagree with your opinion on a video game, then you are simply arguing in bad faith. You are not the end-all be-all arbiter of opinion, and if you think you are, then the "needs some therapy" wisecrack is a bit of unconscious self-introspection.

For instance the game was really buggy and had rather shite graphics at launch...but i stopped really caring about bugs a long time ago and graphics? Also something i don't care about. And the things that i do care about i thought Andromeda did a great to outstanding job at.

(Fluffy/pouf was more illogical, as they were saying people who didn't like Andromeda were "Not true fans".)

Then again, having the words "worst game ever" are excellent clickbait. (Unless it's for legitimately horrendous games like Ride To Hell: Retribution(Those facial animations and sex scenes are hilarious))

Did you need to be level 60 to beat Insanity? Does Shepard feel a tingle in his peepee when he levels up? Is Shepard aware of leveling up? If so, that is your roleplay. Mine is: I am this dude. I get better as I go, but I have a dire situation and sniffing every lily isn't always an option. About. That. Business.
