Suvi and I have a very... professional relationship due to my lack of Bible thumping... Yes! She's off the ship! Go be an awesome scientist girl, just not on my bridge!

Did you tell Lexi "thank you" at the party? That line always makes me smile. Yeah that cracks me up too

She basically just says to go away before she starts bawling in public. Maybe it's different if you don't have a friendly relationship with her? Do you mean the one where she says ; "yeah that did it"

HOW DO YOU KNOW?!?!? Kidding! I know how you know! I've accurately predicted this season every step of the way, down to the smallest details. Despite being completely predictable, it's been somewhat satisfying to see it all play out on screen. To be clear, I base my predictions upon the tv show, not the books. There are numerous things I foresee happening differently in the books, if they're ever written. (I kind of wish the show didn't exist, if it meant he'd actually devote his time to writing.) Just once, I'd like to get a new book between seasons. Nothing leads me to believe that this is going to happen. If he never finishes the series, and just let's HBO wrap up a super simplified version of his tale, I'd consider that a colossal failure.

Email terminal in the Atrium kinda sucks the feel goods outta me. Why are we blocking Angaran access to the temple tech? Because the character, who wrote that, thought the Angara might be sleeping agents? Also have you read "Autopsy and Handling - Subject: Archon"? And, if I remember correctly, there are new dialogues, when you return to Meridian (and/or to some other planets/space stations).

Pre comment: I am speaking from the perspective of in game and not grouchy at you. But That's just a paranoid and species-ist suspicion with nothing to confirm it at all. I'll actually worry about the Roekaar, not random Jaardan conspiracy theories.

Thanks I thought it might have to do with viability. I thought I had 100% on each planet, but Voeld was only 91%. I'm doing another side quest there to see if I can raise it to 100% and trigger Sam's mission. I'm glad you understood the question, melbella . I thought it was this quest, but I couldn't figure out how to confirm this without spoilers. I forgot about the 100% Viability requirement. I wish I were playing right now, but my wife has to sleep. So unreasonable, she is. Anyone know if there any other trigger conditions? I've never seen it, and I have a save with 100% on all and the All Clear achievement. I didn't even know there was anything until I read this thread.

In my first game, it was available well before I ever got to Khi Tasira or Meridian. It was a real nice spoiler.

It was a real nice spoiler. Yeah, same here. It was a bug, though, apparently. I first read here, before the 1.05 patch, that we weren't supposed to see it before the end. It does make more sense in an epilogue, I think.

Have you completed the game? It always takes place after completing the critical path. Yes, this is a completed game. I hope you're not missing it because of a bug. 100% Viability on all 5 worlds plus end-game should do it. You do need to check the VidCon.

melbellaOh. I got all three of those. Maybe it's because I work in the medical field, but I didn't find her asking about the birthing process offensive. Sounds like something Suvi or Lexi would ask/wonder about the Kett and Angara, so why is it weird the other way around? I guess I could be annoyed she assumed Jaal and Ryder would attempt to have a litter of human angaran hybrids? She'll just have to settle for my Liam oops baby.

They came across to me as nosey, mother-in-law-from-hell vibey, asking for way too personal information from someone she met once. She's not a doctor so her interest isn't medical. If it was, she could ask any AI staff stationed on Havarl.

Even Jacob wasn't that bad, but I knew what I was getting into by the time I got around to doing it (and I killed him off in the SM ).

I went into MEA hoping beyond hope to find another Fan Love Soulmate thing. Like Thane. I don't...regret Jaal. But there were moments, a LOT of moments, where it became really obvious that the romance must have been written by a man self inserting his own personality into Jaal. I did not find Jaal tearing his dead pet bug apart and keeping it as a childhood momento in a box in his room charming. I really seriously reconsidering locking in over this. But then I reminded myself there was no one else and charged forward. There was one flirt line I reloaded on because it was something like, "Jaal, I appreciate your ultimate realness" except what I wrote was acceptable and what Ryder said sounded like something a psychologist would say during marriage counseling. "Ok, Beth, Validate your husband Bob's honesty. Go!" The sex scene where Ryder is moaning like a porno over a couple of kisses and then Jaal trails down for the oral. It just screamed, "This is what I think women want so there you go. Look how giving he is." Also, her boobs are not realistic, jutting out like that. And then it was crowned with his laughingly shouting to the party room that you're loud in bed. Just... I did like that he was a compassionate person to all the teammates. I like that he cared a lot about what was going on with the world, not just the Angara. I liked the Waterfall Scene for it's non sexual components. Jaal is no Thane. And I do not have a MEA Video Game Soul mate. The romance options honestly left me wondering if I shouldn't have a canon single Ryder so they're free for MEA 2.

Well if you play as Scott you'll have a few different options and you should no enough about all the characters personalities now to know if you think it will work for you or not. I personally dropped out of the Jaal romance because it really just didn't feel in anyway right and I knew I was just doing it for the sake of doing it. I like PB but I like that type of person, but I also liked that you can interact frequently in a way that feels right for a new relationship. Of all the relationships, I think it is the only one where you can see Ryder have an influence on the character you are romancing over the course of the relationship. Well that's my opinion anyway.
