BioWare and Motive being in the same space has been known for a while. That's why people misinterpreting the statement from Q&A surprised me. This whole thing is mind boggling.

I'm not sure they have. I'm not saying TechRaptor's wrong, maybe they managed to scoop this, but I would think a studio merge would have been in the FY18 Q1 reports. Honestly, there's too many dissenting reports out there with no statements from EA or BioWare.

I thought Motive was hiring and BW was just assisting for now. That's the impression that came across before today, anyways. I'm confused because it somewhat feels like a "pull the plug" on ME situation.

I already got some heat by someone in the article calling me a liar. That was fun because an hour earlier I got praise for a No Man's Sky article I published for being good journalism.
