Whenever I see M.H.'s name in the title of a thread I figure it's safe to just sit back and wait for the eventual fireworks...because there will be fireworks.

You know what I think? He's just a symptom of bad HR and PR. That's all. He appears to be a guy with a sense of humor. He can laugh at himself. Apparently, if he was there for seven years, then BioWare saw a lot of good in him. It might be another lead who just got tired of the environment and helped exasperate it with his tweets. All I know is the first time I ever heard about this guy was almost a year before Andromeda's launch.

As the same-sex content in MEA could be considered to be a 'mixed' success, BioWare are getting it in the neck there too.

I'd like to see them make interesting games with a diverse cast, but achieving that with such a divided culture is problematic.

As the cat on the right, I can't wait to see who says the first terrible thing and who will get the last stab in before the thread is locked. Since I have been reading more than posting lately, I have my own bets on who will do what (but perhaps I will be surprised this time around).

As the cat on the left, I wonder why anyone cares what this crap ex-Bioware employee has to say about anything. The chip on his shoulder must painful at this point.

As a pangolin...I wonder if I can just start blaming M.H. for the lack of volus in the MEA.  I need a scapegoat, damnit!!

The words of this asshole does not mean anything to me, now MAYBE what he says is true, that is possible. I just don't give a fuck about it, for months and months that guy not only putted racist tweets over and over again which is already shitty, but he gave tons of ammo to the people accusing BW of being an "SJW company" therefore bringing bad publicity to the company he was working for. There is two possibilities in this kind of situation when he brought this much bad press to BW.

1. He made his racists while knowing that the tweets themselves brought shit to the image of BW, not caring about anyone who had a job there. So if he knew about it and yet didn't care, he was ultra selfish on top of being a bigot.

2. But let's say he did not know about the bad publicity, let's say he was not aware of how everyone is online right now and information travels extremly fast and its no different than a domino effect. If that is the case, he was extremly incompetent. Not knowing you are bringing shit to the the company working for with your biggoted tweets, you would have to be blind to not see it happen.

And I have a hard time believing he could not predict the results of his racist tweets on twitters, because back in 2013 he had this let's say "interesting exchange" with Adam orth a microsoft employee. You remember the shitstorm that happen back in 2013 with the xbox one always online drm? Well orth made insulting tweets about the concerns of players, and manveer heir was the one responding to him.

And considering orth was fired after those tweets because of the amounts of bad publicity it brought to microsoft, It would be highly surprising that heir still did not know about how tweets can bring bad publicity with just a few tweets. And if he did not learn about it after this experience, he would be even more blind than I thought. Which means that at best, he is extremly incompetent. Whatever talent he may have as a gameplay designer he sure for shit will bring a ton of bad press to the company he is working for.

Maybe heir is saying the truth, its totally possible. Its just that considering the guy'S history, I don't take his word at face value. Now I am not saying that MEA bad reputation is only due to him, just that he certainly did not helped with his behavior.
