It is worth noting the news from EA if you believe it only bears out a critical argument. The game DID sell well. It met its expectations. But EA apparently no longer uses sales figures to judge if a game is worth expansions, and a sequel. They use 'word of mouth'. You don't actually believe that... Right ? |

Do you know how many people are working on Anthem or how expensive it is? Didn't think so. You are correct, I dont know, but soon enough it will be revealed and once that happens, I will revisit this argument to serve some crow for people to eat, just like I did with the no DLC announcement. Really? I mean, that info will probably take a looooong time to come out. You're telling me you have nothing better to do in your life than the come back to a forum for a game you don't like and hunt for evidence about the development costs and personnel on another game in what could be another year or so's time just to one-up a guy? That's either hilariously pathetic or tremendously sad. Probably both. My advice would be to just go do something you enjoy, not hold on to grudges towards random people online that will take up another year or so of your life. |

Well if it takes that long then obviously I wont revisit it. But if it is something that comes out in the next few months or at next years E3 and if I am still here, I'll revisit it. And yes, I have nothing better to do with my life. Trolling BSN is the only purpose I have. |

I'm sure Bioware saw the fan response to Andromeda early enough to plan that the "DLC" stories would be discussed via novels and comics and told the authors about it at least a year before launch, but still planned on doing SP DLC and then canceled that after the foreseen fan response. They simply changed that plan when it became clear they wouldn't do MEA SP DLC |

Even if you aren't interested in the hard numbers as a measure of quality, its firmly within the range of MEA's scores as well. If anything the IP and name of the game boosted it somewhat, the same can also be said of MEA so ymmv. |
