I am shocked that this has not been done yet. A thread devoted to the Marvel Cinematic Universe in its entirety. Well there is now.
I love the MCU. It's quite probably now (especially after Infinity War) my favorite movie franchise of all time. Now I know they are comic book movies so they aren't supposed to be High Artist (though if they keep going I might have to revise that opinion), but, for movies, they represent a leap in the quality of writing. The same one that shows like the Original Battlestar Galactica or Babylon 5 in the late 80s, early 90s. They are great, fun, popcorn entertainment which occasioanally (but again with growing frequency) have been touching on some pretty deep and relevant issues.
So for my personal favorite movies list of the MCU (because I am a sadist who thinks this is fun and why the hell not)
Tier 1:
Captain America: Civil War.
Avengers: Infinity War.
Guardians of the Galaxy 2
(yes three of my favorite movies of all time are now Marvel movies)

Phase 3 is so far the best, with phase 1 not far behind. Phase 2 is a mess thanks to Ike and all the executive meddling that was happening along with arc fatigue with Thanos. IW, Winter Solider, Guardians Volume 2, Ragnarok and Civil War are my top 5. Bottom 5 would be Thor Dark World, Ultron, Iron Man 3, Thor and Hulk (which is funny since Banner and Hulk is one of my character Avengers)

Its actually funny to think how 'small' the MCU was before Phase 3 came along. |

And someday i hope Black Widow a.k.a. as Agent Romanoff a.k.a. as Natasha Romanova a.k.a. as Scarlet Johansson will get her own solo movie ( they all deserve a solo movie though ).  i also have a figurine of her and a few other Marvel figurines as well.  But she looks just absolutely amazing. And my favorite villain is Loki. |

Say what you will about the House of Mouse, but at least the MCU has people in charge of things who are passionate (or at the very least knowledgeable) about the comics and greater expanded universe, who hire directors and screenwriters who are passionate (or at least knowledgable) about the aforementioned subject, AND who keeps said directors and screenwriters on a rather tight leash when it comes to the overall stories they want to tell so that everything is true to the source material (or at least as true as can be).
Star Wars and DC aren't' anywhere close to that level of achievement, which is funny when one considers Star Wars is owned by Disney and DC has arguably the more popular/well known super hero lineup.

Favorite movie is Captain America: The Winter Soldier. With honorable mentions going to the Avengers, Captain America: Civil War, Guardians of the Galaxy, and Thor: Ragnarok.
I don't care much for Disney, especially with what they've done to Star Wars. But whoever's in charge of the MCU is fortunately not an idiot.
