I can usually find them, you need to use the pulse thing V held down and it will tell you where there loot is. 

I have maxed it, I have so many points I don't know what to do with them. Is this a level 6 spear thing cause I am not there yet?

Thanks to your text play, Dazk talking me into it, and some of the other members posts on the game, I now own it...carrying around a stinky dead body, on the back of my horse, because I don't have any idea what to do with it. Gotta go do some reading up on the game.

Sometimes its good to just leave them there. If you are in a good hiding spot other guards come to investigate and you just assassinate them as well (like below pic) or if you are up high hiding and kill a guard with your bow others will come to investigate and then you just turn it into a pile of dead bodies.  

I had actually moved those cause the pile was getting so big I thought it may cause issues. It's hard to tell but I think there are over ten bodies there plus another couple in line of sight of the door way that aren't in picture. 

I found the speech they make to the tongueless priest to be pretty epic.

"They come here for hope of healing. But all I've found here is the dying, priests without tongues, and babies being given to an insane woman. My mother was a fool to have ever placed her trust in you people. I'm going to find Crysis and make her pay."

Grrrr....
Left a baby to die in a fire so I wouldn't catch her. I saved the baby, but my revenge goes unsoothed.

What infuriates me in this situation is the baby's mother.

Mother: Oh, thank you! You saved my baby from the fire. You are sent by the gods.

Me: No problem. It was that evil malaka priestess that left the baby in the fire.

Mother: Oh. But that evil malaka priestess is awesome. She is so wise and great. If she left my only child to die a horrible and painful death in the fire then that's ok since it's the will of the gods.

Me:...lady...I don't think leaving the baby with you is such a good idea. Be glad I got urgent business elsewhere cuz I really think your kid will be better off as an orphan.

I think the whole point of that dialogue was to make it sting more that she got away.

I've been following question marks for far too long and made little interesting headway. Level 26. I did find out I could drag one group running after me into another group and they would fight each other while I looted them all and kept walking. I decided to focus more and try to find that last Eye of Kosmos Cultist that has some sort of Quarry in Attika. Burned through a marble quarry with no dead cultist, that was a bit frustrating.

All in all, I like the Cultist storyline but I wish it would have been cultivated more. Like a scene with each one as you do battle, like you did with Elpenor. Most of these lil cultists fall to my blades faster than the Golden Captain NPCs do. IT would have been interesting to go after them, and maybe even some of their subordinates. Save interesting NPCs who were being taken advantage of or enslaved. But instead, it's just a kill list you have to do more effort to uncover the names of. :/

Hey Phoray, that cultist with the quarry in Attika can't be exposed till you  do some quests for Sokrates and Alkibiades in Athens starting with "On a High Horse" quest. 

The Alkibiades flirting and quests just get funnier and funnier and the comments/scenes etc post sleeping with him are hysterical.
