Because she's my favorite character since DAI. And my personal head canon will remain that she will be the one bringing about the best future. Solas and her arguing was amazing. I want to see more of them as rivals. Now of course by not making her baby canon that complicates things. Very stupid move on Bioware's part. But I always liked her as the good person seen as the bad guy by everyone. Morrigan has always wanted a future I supported. I'll be very disappointed if Morrigan ends up not mattering at all for the endgame of the series. Ok a big misunderstanding so you don´t want kill her off like Varric? I really thought you wanted her dead.

I think that might be better right now. Also, Game Informer is going to talk about the character creator, so we might find something soon, before the proper reveal. When is that? This month Game Informer issue which will be available digitally on June 18th. The issue will have a 12 pages dedicated to DAVe and they mention they saw the character creator in the cover reveal article. After seeing Minrathous in the sneak peek, I'm worried about performance in low-end pcs and consoles. I feel like the FPS is going to be hell.
I hope they release the system requirements alongside the gameplay tomorrow.

Ok a big misunderstanding so you don´t want kill her off like Varric? I really thought you wanted her dead. Lol, sorry for the misunderstanding. The whole conversation about people liking and disliking Varric just had me remember that I don't really care if he lives or dies and that there are way more important characters. Like, hey, where is Morrigan?? I loved Varric in DA2, still liked him in DAI but he became a bit of a sad presence. It's not that I want him dead. Just that he might get killed off since he really shouldn't play a big role yet again. I've seen enough of him. So my thinking was he's either just the poster boy for us old fans and will bugger off soon to live happily ever after. Or they have plans for an exit that might be permanent. And they're playing him up to tear our hearts out. |

you know I was super skeptical when they posted the pics. I didn't want to say anything but for me in game screen captures almost universally seem stylized and not too representative. But it looks like they managed to make it actually look that good. Mind you with the caveat of wonder how much of it we can visit. |

I was surprised my friend could play BG3 on high settings on his 8 year old PC with a GTX1070. Blew my mind. I doubt you'll be so lucky with DAV though. Me, I upgraded for Starfield to a 4090 and an OLED screen. Lol at how turned out... So I personally hope the game has ray tracing so I can finally feel this upgrade wasn't a total waste (well, Cyberpunk looked amazing at least). IF the reviews are positive and I do buy the game, that is. |

I'd say several conclusions can be drawn: If your pc runs current gen titles really well you should be relatively ok with maybe some tuning of options. The game will be friendly to AMD rigs given that Xbox and Playstation for that matter all use AMD architecture if I am not mistaken. For Nvidia I wouldn't want to try it on less than a 2060. It might run but it won't be pretty.

And they're playing him up to tear our hearts out. If i had theoretically saying to say within Bioware i would have lobby hard for Dorian instead of Varric. Harding is cool and i don´t mind her but Varric should have stayed this one out. This seem a bit desperated that they brought Varric back. Or should i better say after Trespasser i never got the impression that Varric would return in DA 4. Maybe in a short cameo perhaps because of Maevaris but that´s it.

But once I realized Flemeth was Mythal and Morrigan's mother it seemed to be Morrigan's birthright to drink from the well. Plus it's how I suspect Mythal returns to the world

I now really wonder what kind of weird-ass post-processing made that model of Harding look so much worse in the trailer. This isn't half bad. And the 20 second preview put a smile on my face. A dwarf who must be a celebrity by now carrying a huge almost-as-big-as-himself one-of-a-kind super shiny crossbow says that we don't want to be conspicuous. |
