Its one of many highly upvoted negative threads. And its not all "chuds" or bigots either I'm not looking at that until I finish. And I take end game concerns with a huge pinch of salt as the reviews highlighted Act 3 as the strongest. Time will tell. Back to the 'news' discussion.

This game is awesome. Did a side quest last night and the lore drops were huge and rewarding for a long time hard-core fan. Honestly, I'm shocked it wasn't a main quest.

Here's one: the banter between bellara and taash is a great display of writing in this game. The first two banters they get are 👌👌👌

It rather depends on where you look. Bluesky is very positive. Twitter is a real mix. Dragon Age Reddit seems mostly positive. YouTube has a mix of positive, rationally skeptical and irrationally out their tree. I've not heard of the 'non canon' suggestion, I thought I'd read some dumb ideas, but that's a new low.  True. The DA sub was more positive at first but when you look at threads in the last few days they are very negative. I love how the environments and platforming in this game is designed. Instead of having literally every single thing you can jump, climb, or walk across being slathered in yellow paint, everything is integrated seamlessly into the environment. Ive had to really look around and think about how I'm going to get somewhere and have been surprised a few times that I was able to cross something because it didn't look any different from the rest of the world!
Love it! I feel like I'm actually exploring instead of just having to find the yellow painted rocks and feel excitement and pride when i figure it out.
