Harding from the Art book! Can someone tell me what the symbol is? I haven't seen someone talk about it and i don't know for what it stands. It isn't inquisition as far as i know.

It may be as simple as a decorative element. It may have something to do with the bow - it is generally considered an elven weapon, but we know Harding is really good with it. It may also have something to do with whatever the ancient elves have done to the Titans. Because they did something to them - we're just not sure what exactly.

Didn't Mythal kill a Titan? Did she wage war with them because their earthquakes were harming her followers?

Didn't Mythal kill a Titan? Did she wage war with them because their earthquakes were harming her followers? Initially the elves asked Elgar'nan to enact vengeance on them but if we go by the Dalish myth (the Titans being the Sun that Elgar'nan fought for destroying the things he loved), then Mythal intervened to temper his anger and may have put them Titans into a magical sleep, although it would seem at least one was killed outright. I think the Dalish myth does relate to that battle because they say the stars were created from the blood of the sun shed in the battle, which likely refers to lyrium deposits. Certainly Mythal seems to have started mining lyrium, likely using the dwarves that she had freed from their connection with the Titans, possibly by stealing their memories like she did with Andruil. Anyway, both Elgar'nan and Mythal seem to have been involved in defeating the Titans. I think Elgar'nan probably used dwarven slaves to make his big stone statue described in one of the codices. It would likely stroke his vanity to create something to honour him out of the stone associated with the beings he had defeated. Whereas Mythal had a more practical frame of mind, recognising the value of lyrium. According to one of the recent articles about the game, apparently it is revealed there that the ancient elves incorporated lyrium into their structures, which was probably her idea since she was famed for her cities, and whilst the Imperium copied their architectural style they could never work out how to do the same technique with lyrium as the ancient elves. This is probably why they repurposed old elven ruins, either building on top of them or incorporating them into their structures because they recognised the benefits of the technique.

Harding's room, Lace being the new professor Pomona sprout in the Greenhouses. I had no idea she loved plants, potions and nature so much. But that makes sense. She sleeps rough. Though since all the companions's beds are uncomfortable, I think there will be a way to change them all as you progress in the game.

I had no idea she loved plants, potions and nature so much. But that makes sense. Wasn't she raised on a farm or at least in a small village in rural Ferelden? So, she is very much an above ground dwarf and likely the plants remind her of home since the majority of Ferelden is pretty green if a bit wet and cold in the winter (like Britain).

I actually laughed here, Harding has the same kind of smirk than in Inquisition. This is her personal trademark. No one else can reproduce it !

Poor Harding, always getting beat up in her previews. WHY CAN'T THEY LEAVE HER ALONE?! Seems like it might be avoidable. Which it will be on my first run, though scars can be sexy, so tough choice.

I can't lie, I feel very salty over nitwits on the internet criticising the look of Lace Harding. Brother, every time. As soon as these characters are announced, to me they're like people. And you don't talk about people like that. I don't know. It's gross. Wasnt raised like that. "duh they're just pixels!" - then why is it important if you think they're sexy? Pretend humping. And maybe my immersion fantasy is pretend human dignity. Physically speaking, do you guys believe could work between Harding and a male Qunari? Hence the phrase "are you trying to have sex with me"
