It’s pointless to argue with someone who refuses to use facts. When you are literally the ONLY person in a conversation who is arguing something and everyone is telling you are wrong, including the head writer of the series, then you need to take a step back, take a deep breath, and listen. If you can’t see that you are wrong here, then what’s the point in this discussion. You don’t have to LIKE the idea. But your argument as to why it shouldn’t happen is wrong. There are characters that I have no interest in seeing in DA4. But that’s all that is — my opinion. I can’t get mad at BioWare for not respecting my head canon. So Copernicus was wrong according to your logic. After all he was the only one in the room arguing the Earth went around the Sun instead of the other way around, with everyone else including the experts saying he was wrong. Good to know.

Confirmation starts at 28:44. You can´t be serious!?! This is absolutely nothing and only confirm and that´s the irony that they even havn´t a date. So no they aren´t together. The only problem i see here is your false (proven by Patrick Weekes!!!) interpretation.

So if Harding is back and is a companion in DA4, what do you think her skill set will be like? I’m assuming it will be scout related. Something like a legionnaire scout meets shadow from DA: A.
Specialized in in high endurance and stamina plus stealth?

No, the only problem is that Bioware only cares about fans when it's convenient for them as is becoming more and more clear and that people like you who will bend over backwards for them to let it happen.

Again. If you choose the other option they have already started. So yes they are together. Please don´t say you mean the Inquisitor line: "Scout Harding on a date! Yes, of course i did."? No they aren´t together they aren´t even having a date.
Have you ever really listen to the tone of the Inquisitor? It just embarrassment that the Inquisitor or as a fourth wall joke that Bioware had forgotten about the Harding. Again your interpretation is just wrong. That´s the problem you can´t allow yourself to be wrong.
You can´t. So everyone else has to be wrong in order for you to be right.
Again it doesn´t if i or you are right or wrong. We both aren´t DA writers. But Patrick Weekes is and he already confirmed that Harding isn´t a romance. So maybe you should respect this.

My guess would be something like a mix between Varrics DA2 & DAI specs and plus a bit of ranger. Don´t forget she used a crow in the Hinterlands and a crow is also heavy featured in her tarot card.

Funny, I could say the same about you. I'll respect Patrick and his words when he has earned it. So far he has not. Are you even a professional writer? Maybe you are. But you aren´t working for Bioware. So end of this nonense.
You only proven with your second sentence that you can´t possible wrong and don´t care about facts. I say it directly you waste all of your time with this.
Maybe you are right in the end (spoiler warning you are not) but it only matters what Bioware or what Patrick Weekes has to say about this. Deal with it.

Specialized in in high endurance and stamina plus stealth? Don't want to get too carried away with the topic, since this is the Harding thread, but I'd like to see unique party specs return, as we had in DA2. These are people who, in come cases, have a lot of experience under their belt, have their own unique training and circumstances, so I think they should have a spec that reflects that. (I wouldn't mind if the PC has similar or adjacent skills available, but not the exact same thing. Cassandra should have been a seeker ... )
I like cuthbertbeckett 's suggestion of ranger; I didn't know that her tarot featured a crow. I'm a corvid fan, so I'd love for a ranger follower to have a crow as a hunting companion. (Yes, I know they aren't hunters in the way of raptors, but they are highly intelligent.) It could have a name, maybe say a few words; it would be so fun!

Cassandra should have been a seeker ... ) That was ridiculous. You can actually ask her what Seekers can do and then it turns out she can do none of these things. I'd like to see unique party specs return, as we had in DA2 I really liked that and it made them seem like proper individuals with their own background in training rather than something generic that the PC can do as well. It also meant that there was always a reason to bring them along for their skill set, rather than simply because you liked having them around even though they had exactly the same specialism as your PC. For example, Dorian was from Tevinter and had been training there since a young boy, so he should have had different abilities to mages from the south who have by and large been confined to Circles with limits placed on what they can learn or a Dalish mage who has been trained in an entirely different way. It was rather disappointing that our PC is able to pick up the same skills after just a short bit of instruction from a trainer even if he was from the Mortalitassi.

Whoops! Quite right. LI thing still stands -- I actually ship Sigrun and one of my Wardens, but I don't pretend it's canon. Concerning that convo with Vivienne, I wonder if maybe the Inquisitor is supposed to be lying about having an actual date. That reply seemed a little off. Why would they lie? What purpose does it serve? I'd lie to avoid a lecture from Vivienne. Wouldn't you?

Please stop comparing Cullen's one-sided and creepy crush on Amell/Surana to the Inquisitor's flirts with Harding. Now I pull "word of author" in this regard: Sheryl Chee intended for him to be somewhat unsettling. The pretty-boy thing is on Brianne Battye, i.e. his DAI depiction.

Did someone say dwarf ranger? We stan a wilderness wife!
I like the idea of a scout-specific tree... like the Legionnaire Scout in Awakening. A little bit of that + environment/animal savvy and you've got a Hinterlands granola girl with arrows. I could see it.

Can someone show me where it was creepy? I would probably not convince you. All I can do is giving some references to the "word of author" I pulled.
Some in-universe characters talkinhg about him... (Witch Hunt) [/div] I consider it creepy personally due to the power dynamics between templars and circle mages and the rhetoric in place ("I'm so sorry to have to annul you, but *chop*"). Oh, there's his rant-in-the-bubble:
“Sifting through my thoughts… tempting me with the one thing I always wanted but could never have…” “Using my shame against me… my ill-advised infatuation with her… a mage, of all things.” “I am beyond caring what you think. The Maker knows my sin, and I pray that he will forgive me.” “You are a mage and I, a templar. It is my duty to oppose you and all you are.”
Some take it as he's a bit too far on the objectification side of things.

Some take it as a bit too far on the objectification side of things. That's screen shots of gossip, which will always exaggerate to make it more amusing. I think it was nothing but an innocent crush. But a demon doesn't care if it's a silly thing, it's going to find it's chink. And it was mostly desire demons running loose in there so an infatuation in a healthy young man is an obvious in. In spite of all that, he kept his head and barred them from doing more than visions. To me this proves it was nothing more than an innocent crush, for an obsessive unhealthy thing may not have been something he'd be able to fight against. The only point this crush got weird to me is them harking back to it at the War Table. like, really? The only reason I can guess it would still be on his mind is that it's literally part of his PTSD now. Wehther it was just a small thing or not is irrelevant now, when he was mind raped by visions of his standard crush.

Why does Dorian even know this spec when he's from Tevinter? does it ever get explained why he weild the magic of Cassandra's home country? The order was founded by a Tevinter mage named Vitus Fabria, who was a personal adviser of Caspar Pentaghast. He also says how he visited the Grand Metropolis with his parents. It is clear from Tevinter Nights that the Mortalitasi still have quite close links with Tevinter and probably draw on ancient tracts about Necromancy that actually come from the Imperium. As Dorian says to Solas, it is all about finding uses for captive spirits, which Solas points out is really spirit slavery, but it is hardly surprising it would be something Tevinter would have done extensive research on.

I suppose it would make sense for Tevinter and Nevarra to have some degree of cultural exchange: the two nations share a border, and as far as I can tell, Nevarra is the only country that's still directly connected to the Imperium's current territory by the Imperial Highway.
