Lace Harding - Official Companion Thread [Spoilers]

I think what makes her so attractive to people is that we know so little of her, yet what we know is kinda nice in a broad, general sense. Then people fill in the blanks with stuff they like individually and voila - you've got yourself a popular proto-companion. Its the exact same thing that happened with Cullen.

Personally, I have to say I feel neutral about this character, so far she was a friendly but rather bland and straightforward side character. I don't know enough about her to like her or hate her and I do not fill in the blanks. 

I'm not a huge fan of Dwarves and Gnomes though, they make my neck hurt, plus fanservice characters rarely turn out to be interesting and deep characters, they always have that stale feel to them, maybe because the developers play it extra save with them. 

I myself like her she is after all one of the top scouts but with that said will she be a companion? *shrug* but if she returns in DA4 to me she will continue as the top scout much like Dagna, In my mind Varric is the only returning Dwarf but who am I to say

If Scout Harding does come back in DA4 and we don't have an actual party member returning (which seems likely at this point), she'd be the closest thing to a 'returning party member" that we'd get.  And that would make 3/4 of them being dwarves.  On the one hand, yeah for dwarves getting love; on the other hand, I'll never say no to new dwarf companions too.

I imagine the mods will make a series of subforums for each companion, as in the past.

So Lace has unexpected magical powers now. Ok how and more important why? Right now i would say that i am not a fan from this likely titan powerup she got between DAI and DAV.

The Titans had something to do with it I bet. 

Well .... guess who my first romance is going to be? If you said Harding DING, DING you are correct

I feel she’ll get magic from something that happens in the prologue, since I feel it’s going to be a mission where things go wrong. And part of her story will be dealing with it, since she has magic so connected to the Fade yet as a dwarf she’s so disconnected she doesn’t even dream.

Having Lace Harding as companion almost makes me reconsider buying the game, but I will wait and see, if the rest is good or not.still I'm gland,she is in it and hopefully a romance.
