Star Wars: Jedi Fallen Order and Jedi Survivor

Considering that Fallen Order exists I doubt that was ever the case.  Otherwise if EA did truly consider single player games dead the game would have never been green-lit.

This article here is from one of the leaders at EA and I think its a lot more nuanced then what the internet wants to believe.  She doesn't think they are dead, but the reality is a lot more complicated where budgets also require things to be done to recoup the costs.  My guess is if they can swing the costs of a single player game they will, but when costs get to a certain point things need to be done to help increase the lifespan of the game.  Fallen Order is a pretty bare-bones game where there is limited story and voice acting and you revisit several locations instead of each part being unique.  So if BioWare could get away with a game like that it could very likely not have a multiplayer component, but then the game I doubt would be much better then Anthem anyway.

Hi Patricia.  I play on PC with a KB/M, but I struggled with that part too.  It took me several minutes to complete successfully but I discovered that it's all about timing.  You have to time each jump from the respective platforms just right, or you will fall short.  My best advice is to start from an angle and take a running jump the first section of wall so that you can jump onto it.  You don't want to start away from it because then you won't have the grip and angle needed to successfully run on the wall.  And time your jump from the platform you are standing on to just as you leap off the edge.  Then as you run...Run across the wall as far as you can take it (you will notice that Cal starts slipping off) before you jump onto the next section.  And if you are at the point where you have the "double jump", you must time your second jump to be right at the apex of your first, in order to maximize the height and distance of your double jump and cover the distance needed to reach the height of the platform in front of you.

Yeah wal running can b edifficult in this game I hav difficulties with it too.

It's tricky to get the hang of at first....both the starting point and the ending (it's difficult to see 'when' to jump off) but I learned from practice that you have to take the wall run right to the end as far as you can before you jump off if the jump is going to be successful.  Then once you get the hang of it, you develop a feel for it.  That being said, there are still points where even after 20 playthroughs on EASY/STORY Mode, I still miss and wind up dying a horrible death.

I guess what i'm saying is, don't be too hard on yourself Patricia.

Morning, all. In regards to the Jedi: Fallen Order OST available on places like iTunes.....I don't have an iTunes account or any account from a service where the music is available. But I'm wondering, if I do download from the iTunes store.....Do I need iTunes to play the files, or can I convert the file types to play in something like Windows Media Player?

I know that Apple can be very greedy in terms of controlling files, programs etc on your PC. MS too, one example is MS Edge...which I don't like. I prefer google chrome.

PS: The one real reason I want a copy of the soundtrack is to play "Sugan Essena" by the Hu, really loudly.....And I've read three articles that say that song is included ont he OST but I've looked at the track listing and I don't see it anywhere on the official listing.   On another note, I've also found another download site that has 52 tracks instead of 44 though now I can't find it....... to post

If the J:S really is that much bigger, then I hope there aren't necessarily many, many more planets, but that the ones we do get are bigger and more detailed.

It J:FO was a beautiful game...in the opening scrapper world and on board starships. The worlds where Cal traveled in the 'wilds' were a little disappointing in terms of their visual quality, in my opinion.

So - bigger, with better textures and preferably more to do and see.

I am looking forward to Survivor, the one thing I would like to see is more areas that aren't abandoned or an overrun village and are more like the scrapyards at the start of Fallen Order.
