Pfft, Piranha GI is best GI.

I may have PUGged Silver with it with my wife the other day. And I may have gotten super lucky with Glacier/Cerberus, and the PUGs MAY have been bored (between my Piranha GI and wife's Lift Grenading KroSent). It was about 13-14mins.

Dropped out of a Reaper match. Host was a AIU with a reegar. Wave 3, take down targets. I headed for #1; banshee. Tried to land a series of biotic combos on her and failed due to obstacles in the way or lag. Then she popped in front of me and I intended to leap over the cover. Instead, I took cover and got my card signed.

I spectated the other three. The other two were not good. The one with grade 1 weapons went down. The host was taking his time. Killed a mob here, killed a brute there; he wasn't trying at all to kill the objective. The other player was getting chased and couldn't do much. Host swanned here and there as the timer went down to 50 secs, then 40s. Banshee warped to a very high platform and stayed there. Host then 'hose' with reegar, didn't do much.

I dropped out. I knew the host would shoot off a missile and then likely swan around again, picking off the mobs; must rack up the points! Whatever.

Grab.

In a game where I logged my 4000th Gold wave on Goddess, I finally managed my first grab.

Yeah, that's the one, as nicely demonstrated by Sonashii. It's not a spot I have ever considered safe or logical for taking hard cover, so I guess that explains the 400 matches it took to finally manage a grab. I've spent a considerable amount of time trying in the wrong place - I thought the low cover where the two stairways converge was a possible spot, but seemingly not.

Ran into a host (with low CP etc) who's clearly cheating and modding like h*ll.

He fired off cain trip mines like a shower of rice in less than a second and yet is plainly "dressed" as a N7 destroyer with multi-frag grenades to boot; I saw him using grenades.  

I happened to play three matches. Three because I wasn't certain what I was seeing. Only finished one, I dropped out in the middle of the other two. No more after the third. Lousy lag too.

I'm not aware I ran into any BSNer; I tend not to pay attention to names (unless they do something stupidy stupid in my book  ) and I can't keep them all in my head. The exception are a few fine fellows which I would recognise immediately like CTyellowbird, Wrex-in-effect (he's not a BSNer but I ran into him many times), Blackwill (also not BSNer).

I landed in a Gold lobby with a very low level Warlord host, sporting a level II Executioner Pistol and literally nothing else. Any reasonable person would have just searched for another lobby, but instead I switched to my Krentinel with Claymore, put on some level III equipment and readied-up along with a QME who had also joined. We got Reapers on London, which went beyond smoothly until the end of wave 8, when I got synced as I was trying to make my way to revive the host in the courtyard. He bled out and the QME couldn't manage the last two Marauders, so we wiped. I quit the lobby in frustration, more because the host hadn't returned a single headbutt than his lack of skill - he had actually done OK with around 60k, with me only just breaking the 100k mark.

Shortly afterwards I got a message, telling me in a reasonably polite fashion that I should refrain from targeting the same enemies as a Warlord, 'as that's how they stay alive'. I laughed. And was genuinely surprised. I had studiously avoided him for most of the match, with the only example of such 'kill-stealing' being during an escort, when I too was trying to get into rage mode. He died 3 or 4 times in total, usually when on the opposite side of the map, just as he was on wave 8, so it had nothing to do with me. My response was quite lengthy, and although I won't repeat it here I'll allow you to imagine whether or not the word pyjak was used.

If you're on Xbox, beware the wrath of any player who doesn't know how to spell Venomous correctly.
