I've had too many playthroughs with Solas/Blackwall in my party and this piece of dialogue always pops up
Blackwall: Sera and I were just talking about you. We need you to settle a question for us.
Solas: (Sighs.) Sera's involved? So this question will be offensive.
Blackwall: Yes, probably. Sorry.
Blackwall: You make friends with spirits in the Fade. So... um, are there any that are more than just friends?
Blackwall: If you know what I mean.
Solas: Oh, for... really?!
Blackwall: Look, it's a natural thing to be curious about!
Solas: For a twelve-year-old!
Blackwall: It's a simple yes or no question!
Solas: Nothing about the Fade or spirits is simple, especially not that.
Blackwall: Aha! So you do have experience in these matters!
Solas: I did not say that.
Blackwall: Don't panic. It'll be our little secret.
Solas: Ass.
Blackwall: Now who's twelve?

I don't see Solas denying it But really, this is priceless. They just made a figure of myth and legend blush. That's exactly the reason I love this dialogue so much, it became even better after Trespasser  .

Dragon Age does have some fantiastically written dialogue. But my personal favourite is still the ME OT. I was never really a fan of Origins, but I enjoyed DAII: The Rise To Power and Inquisition very much. Some of the Characters in II (like Isabella and Merrill) are among my very favourite and in terms of growth from A to B...Cassandra is probably my favourite character in the who DA Franchise. "Oh! He put me in the book! I'm in the book!.....Oh, I am going to read the sh*t out of this!"

Had one in my current (recently finished) playthrough of Origins with my Tabris Warden 
(not-hardened Alistair about the Warden thinking he'd make a good King) Alistair: So, I'm guessing someone told Anora I was planning to steal her throne. She has a nasty glare. Did anyone mention this wasn't my idea? I think she's a great queen. As far as I'm concerned, she's welcome to it. Warden: I think you'd be a great king, Alistair. Alistair: Really? What ever would give you that idea?
Warden: You have a kind heart and a strong sense of justice. Alistair: Well, it's nice that you think so. What do you think I should do? Go ahead and be king? Just let it happen? Warden: You should do what you want to do. Alistair: Hmm. I suppose I could always flip a coin. Got one handy? It's just that everything I've heard about Queen Anora is that she's the one who really ruled here, not Cailan.
She's smart, tough, determined... while I feel a bit like Cailan's substitute. I think I'd be better off against the darkspawn. : *mocking himself* Alright Alistair, enough whining! Thank you Alistair, that's excellent advise. I'll do my best! Warden: I agree with Alistair Alistair: about the whining? I know, I know. Someone really needs to slap that one around. Tsk
Also my Warden's "talk" with Caladrius was gold Caladrius: I am Caladrius. And you, I assume, must be the Grey Warden I've heard so much about. Tabris: I don't care who you are; you're going to die.
She didn't have a lot of patience with him
