Mass Effect Legendary Edition (General Discussion)

On the OG BSN (RIP) there where always what we know threads.
I think it's time to start 2 what we know summaries IMO, one for the Legendary edition (MELE), the other for the New Mass Effect(NME) game in early development.

Due to Family and work I can't do it on my own and would like Hrungr SofaJockey and others opinion and lead and everyone to add your knowledge and questions.

What we know about the Mass Effect Legendary Edition

Music/Sound: TBA

"Our goal was not to remake or reimagine the original games, but to modernize the experience so that fans and new players can experience the original work in its best possible form. Mass Effect Legendary Edition will include single-player base content and DLC from Mass Effect, Mass Effect 2, and Mass Effect 3, plus promo weapons, armors, and packs – all remastered and optimized for 4k Ultra HD. It will be available in Spring 2021 for Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC, with forward compatibility and targeted enhancements on Xbox Series X and PlayStation 5. What that probably means:
TLDR: story remains unchanged, no new DLC, everything graphically get's an update, No ME3 Mulitplayer (adapting the galactic readiness numbers shouldn't be a big deal, AFAIK it was already fixed to not require any MP if with one of the last patches or Extended Cut)

Questions about the Legendary Edition
Some open questions that I have regarding the Mass Effect Legendary Edition (MELE), that I'd like to get answered from Bioware and also get your opinon on the board here:

• Is MELE gonna be 1 "install" that contains all 3 games (if so, can you still "start" with ME2 or ME3 directly if you want to? will Genesis 1 anders")?
• Will the character creator and thus the look of Shepard be one and the same for all 3 games?
• Any plans on "unifying" the weapons/mods/crafting/inventory system across the 3 games (I'm not talking about porting ME2 heavy weapons or upgrades into ME1 for example, just that adding a scope to a weapon would work the same way as an example) (given the aligning ME1 delay rumor)

I like that. Don't know how hard it would be for Bioware to have that happen. Have a like.

That's one thing I'd like to see them make some effort with...perhaps a more updated CC that works across all 3 games. I don't expect DAI level CC with better hair but maybe come up with 5 or 6 good presets for each gender that you can make small changes to.

The one man who almost single handedly messed up the franchise.

Uhh, at least Casey Hudson wasn't the project director for Andromeda. 

So those are at least 2 strikes for Walters haha. We'll see if it becomes 3 after the legendary edition is out 

Yep all we know i sspring atm. They'll probabl ynail down a proper release date in the new year.
