Mass Effect: Legendary Edition Reveal Trailer

Actually, I was pretty hyped up after watching the trailer that I decided to log in after some years and check what people were saying about it.  Seriously my dude, complaining about femshep appearing on the trailer is very incel-esque 

I didn't complain about fem shep that was someone else, I complained about a person trumpeting it. If the reverse happened and someone had a issue you'd support it, be consistent. Like I think Hanako's point that it may be to emphasize how default fem shep is in all the games now is a solid reason for it. They didn't go with a suck it, unequal treatment is cool now attitude. Lack of fem shep representation was a valid complaint when the trilogy came out, it does not make it better to treat male shep the same way now.

As a PC owner, I see literally zero reasons to buy this edition.
Folks at nexus has done all that Bioware is charging 60$ now (and in some cases done it better than creators).
Even mod, that ports default femShepard in ME 1 and 2 looks better.

I was hoping the trailer and new info would get me on board. But a new coat of paint, even with Mass Effect 1 getting gameplay improvements, isn't doing it for me. Maybe FFVII and RE2 remakes have spoiled me but shiny new textures isn't good enough for me to spend money or time on games I already own.

it was all misses in romance part of the trailer, I suspect. I don't think the cheerleader was the top pick, no gay male picks(though I kind of get that, as apparently they did not fix Me1/2 so they probably didn't want to give the wrong impression), no garrus.

That totally makes sense, it's literally the same thing. You never once in your life got to see male protags in trailers for games that you can pick the gender, nope, never happened before. Mass Effect, for example, never featured broshep in trailers so it's only fair that we demand more attention for him now. 

Do you really think these situations are the same? Did the trailer get you this rilled? Do you feel some personal pleasure by seeing broshep, again, in a trailer for a game that you've already played? Let's raise a hashtag for the lack of broshep representation.

Weird. But then again, you think Andromeda is a misunderstood masterpiece, I don't know why I bothered.
