I used to call these fool hoods.

This type is slightly better... when modded to have darker colours. :whistle:

Though it is beyond me why we can't simply get... ordinary hoods? This one on DAI was a step into the right direction... if they could fix/avoid ear or cheek clipping for the crafted version. :facepalm:

Perhaps constantly using magic has affected the weather? Keeping buildings afloat must have some consequences on the climate and environment. Perhaps the constant use of lyrium as resulted in a radiation type phenomenon which is affecting the city. Or perhaps the area of Minrathous has a wet season.

However, if the formula is magic replacing modern trappings + cynicism of cyberpunk, then it’s Dungeon Punk.

I think Minrathous is likely the latter.

The more I look at this image the more I fall in love with it. The amount of detail dedicated to her staff and outfit is extraordinary. It’s gorgeous!
