I'm not playing this but I caught an update that they just put out an advert for playtesters for this title.

Frankly, I expect an average narrative with an abundant choice of merchandise at the store. Similar to what they did with the AC franchise, starting with Origins to Valhalla, the latter which saw a generous infusion of store customization items than a infusion of story progression.

I expect the SW store to be at least twice as big as the one in Valhalla.

Here are around 3000 lightsabre skins for you, serah. Just slightly different colors. Now let's talk blaster skins...

I think I play too much Dragon Age 2. The vendor voices in my head are all from there now.

Star Wars Outlaws™ Opens Up a Galaxy of Opportunity

Star Wars Outlaws, the first-ever open-world Star Wars™ game, is coming to Xbox Series X|S, PS5, and PC in 2024. With development led by Ubisoft’s Massive Entertainment in collaboration with Lucasfilm Games, Star Wars Outlaws invites you to play as cunning scoundrel Kay Vess (Humberly González), who – along with her loyal companion Nix (Dee Bradley Baker) – must pull off one of the greatest heists the Outer Rim has ever seen.

Set between the events of Star Wars: The Empire Strikes Back™ and Star Wars: Return of the Jedi™, Star Wars Outlaws takes place in a time when the Galactic Empire relentlessly pursues the final defeat of the Rebel Alliance, and the criminal underworld is thriving. Kay will take on high-risk, high-reward missions from the galaxy’s crime syndicates as she seeks the means to start a new life.

A first look at Star Wars Outlaws gameplay will be shown at Ubisoft Forward Live on Monday, June 12. The event begins at 10:00AM PT / 1:00PM ET and can be watched on Ubisoft’s Twitch channel.

With the technical issues that have plagued me with recent Ubisoft titles I am going to wait and see the release condition before my interest will develop.

It’s Ubisoft.  Of course we’ll have latent Force powers.

Looks fab. I'm always in for openworld games (without souls-alike crap) and especially one in SW universe. Gonna go look some gameplay videos at laaaast.

Probably what DAI ended being, I guess.  What was it…? Multi-region semi-open world…? Koboh has a lot of room to move, but it pales into insignificance compared to some of the open world games available, doesn’t it?

But if they’re making that distinction and claiming that ‘the galaxy’ is open world the same way as Valhalla is open world, I’m going to call BS.

Looks great. Love that we are getting both ground and space content. The protagonist looks good, voice actress seems to be solid as well. Def be keeping an eye on this one for next year
