Fingers-crossed. I'm hoping it's good, it is by the same studio as Odyssey so my expectations are up a bit.
Though it looks like video on Wednesday will just be a cinematic and we'll have to wait until June 10th before we see gameplay.
Yeah my hopes are up, just really curious to see where they go with the story and gameplay. Mirage for me was too much of a step backwards and with a protag I was not interested in so the first AC game I have skipped.
It will take an impressive presentation of story, environment and gameplay to get me Pre-Ordering,

Three of them are called:

Now I remember why I never used to watch any of that rubbish. If I want comedy and terrible music I'll watch Monkey.
I actually recommend that specific movie (maybe my all-time favorite ninja themed one). It's an action comedy with amazing stuntwork and great costumes, very similar to the classic Jackie Chan style. While the movie hilariously takes the piss at many kung-fu cliches (until it suddenly plays some of them quite straight before subverting them again), it actually approaches the ninja plot line with care and in a more traditional way. That's why it often is called a hybrid movie. And you can see Hiroyuki Sanada in his glorious stunt days doing splits and kick jumps.

In all honesty I really struggle to watch any old movies not just that Genre. I just find the cinematography and sound annoying.

How did AC last handle dual protagonists? Did they switch back and forth at various points on the critical path? Or was it a bit like GTA 5 (switch from one to the other, depending on what mission you were doing)?

With Syndicate, for certain story missions you had to play as a certain Frye twin while with all the side stuff you could choose to play as either one.
